Maple and Molasses

Every single treat I’ve tried from Maple and Molasses has been beyond delicious - and you deserve a treat. I cannot recommend the Double Chocolate Chip Cookies enough!

I ordered 3 different types of specialty cookies from Maple and Molasses for Christmas this year. They not only tasted so amazing but the presentation was so nice that they would be perfect for giving as a gift. I can't wait to try more of her baking!

I needed a cake for Father's Day and Vanessa was able to accommodate me into her busy production schedule with only a few days notice (thank you for saving Father's Day, Vanessa!). I ordered a Hummingbird cake (which is a flavour that I've never seen at a bakery before) with a personalized message written in icing and Vanessa was happy to accommodate my request. I couldn't believe what an incredible deal it was to have a homemade cake AND delivery in town for less than $100. Vanessa was very friendly and professional. She responded to emails quickly and was always very happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely order from her again! Vanessa and Maple and Molasses are the best! I reached out to her about my cookie cravings after seeing some delicious cookies she had made, she went out of her way to test out a recipe and make those cookies for me. I live in Ontario and she shipped them out to me and they arrived super quick and we're delicious! Definitely recommend if you have any sort of baked goods craving.

Super sweet treats, even sweeter baker! I ordered the birthday sprinkles cookies and she was kind enough to add in some of those ginger molasses! Everything tasted amazing! Can't get enough! Tastes like it came from a boutique! Really recommend those ginger molasses biscuits though! and she does custom orders for cakes too! Would totally order again! Thanks V!

I was so surprised and delighted to find that your gluten-free ginger cookies were not overly sweet (like many others), and they contained ample morsels of real ginger! Such a lovely touch and a nice surprise! Thank you for your attention to detail!

Had a great experience ordering a cake here. Handled some last minute adjustments no problem and was very good to make sure there were no allergens in the cake. The price was very reasonable and I’ve never had a bakery be able to turn around a cake that fast. Definitely will order again.
