Warning! If you want an obituary with spelling mistakes, missing a name and wrong birthdate this is the place for you.Also if you want to be passed on to 2 or 3 different funeral directors this is the place for you. I just refused as this is not acceptable!Did not even offer an apology for their mistakes.Poorly run operation.Their response for this review was for me to call them. Just another example of a poorly managed operation. They have my number and could reach out to me.

Bob and associates were absolutely wonderful to work with. Hanson's in West Kelowna made the process smooth and as pleasant as it can be. They went above and beyond with small details that you would never expect. I would recommend hands down as they made a very sad and difficult loss a little bit easier.

My experience with Hansons’ was excellent. They were comforting, kind and genuinely compassionate.What could have been a traumatic time was handled with care and professionalism.
