Disgusting behaviour!I am referring to the Flo charging stations inside the Green P - 286 underground parkadeThey charge $2 / hr regardless of how little energy they supply or how slowly it charges (I received a total of only 7 kW but was charged for 2 hrs) . So I paid more than 5 times the residential rate for a trivial amount electricity. When charging is complete they continue to charge the same fee with no grace period to disconnect. Of course parking fees are extra.Nowhere on the machine nor on the Flo app does it explain this it merely states $2/hr for up to 6kw /hr.
