Very slow in unloading. I brought only two skids and it was my last delivery, so needed to get back with in my shift. They didn’t start for 45 minutes. I had to go inside and request them to get started otherwise the guy was asking 30 more minutes. It should not have taken more than 10 minutes to remove two skids.

The WORST Canadian Tire store I have been to! The auto part division is run by children that do not know the difference between a tire and a steering wheel. Cashiers are very arrogant and play on their cell phones while people wait in line. No smiles from employees. Do yourself a favor and do not visit this location.

worst place ever. customer service HORRIBLE, and 5 of 10 times I go there, they give you a, different price than what is published. Yesterday ( October 12 ) I bought an oil MObil 1 0W20 on sale at 45%, and when I paid with my credit card they charged me the regular price. Before my complaint with the cashier, talk to a supervisor and the manager of the mechanics area...they did NOT want to charge me the offer price ( even published on their website) whose offer ends even today October 13. They only limited themselves to passing the scanner and wanting to convince me that this was the normal price. Lack of empathy, respect and total waste of time, of course they will have my complaint in consumer defense.

Horrible customer service , I left my car for an oil change and told them to call me when it was done. They called me I got there still in the air. I went back home they called me a 2nd time , went back still not ready lol. I was a bit annoyed so I politely to them it was unprofessional, he started giving me attitude . Don’t go there no communication between the staff , horrible , thank god it was just an oil change. Thanks for the response But I already wasted my time writing this message. The message isn’t for corporate it’s for the customers to see the reviews and not waste there time going to Canadian tire chambly

Not the best branch of CanadianTire on southshore. Staff is barely helpful. I bought tires from there and wanted them to be mounted on rims. I even offered to bring in the older tires but they were so busy that they downright rudely said that they are busy and asked me to come next month. Really!!!I wanted to buy a can of paint but their paint mixer had broken down and would not be available for a week. Great going...so, if anyone is looking for paint in all of Chambly this branch has nothing to offer for a week :)Also another common problem is that their website will mention that a product is in stock. When you end up driving there the staff can't find it. Happened not once but several timesBetter head to St.Bruno or Brossard. Avoid this branch at Chambly

Great customer service. I had an issue for a BBQ I purchased and they gave me an awesome service without making me feel bad for it (as we can see sometimes in different places). Big thanks to the team, from the customer service's person (I didn't get her name) to the manager (Max)

The garage is horrible.. unreliable..they have canceled few times my appointments.. i ask why always the same answer no mechanics, half the garage is already closed, shut it down completely instead of canceling appointments on your clients.. waited 3 weeks now need to find another location because they cannot tell me when the next appointment will be... unbelievable!! 1 month later, still no call to reschedule... lucky I found another place...
