all employees just talking in the back, not even looking at me when i’m trying to ask for help with a fitting. i really needed help but they were not in the mood to work i guess. made me really upset how they all ignored me and snatched the bra i was trying on out of my hands. didn’t even ask me if i liked it or not, i was going to ask for a fitting or at least a size bigger, but they snatched it without even looking up from their conversation. they also glared at me when i first walked up to the fitting rooms. i work in the mall so i go there often for pjs but i have never been treated so poorly before. i walked away trying not to cry.

Staff were so helpful in particular request for an item and the customer service and I highlight service was great. The cashier was so pleasant and very calm in a busy environment.

Really needed new bras but on a budget, ended up with some young girl who knew nothing measured me completely wrong and I ended up buying bras that don't even fit or work for too much money. Go elsewhere this company has gone downhill there are much better bra shops out there with actual knowledgeable staff. Even with proper washing one of the products I purchased is already ruined.

Have stopped in a few times hoping to find gifts for people or something nice for myself. the store is clean and organized, but the customer service is cold. Almost feels like you are assessed when you walk in, and if you don't look wealthy they ignore you. Disappointing, as they have such a cute selection.

The customer service has really gone down hill here... No attention to customers, awkward staff everyone was so focused on stocking the place... The change room area is a total mess, just really awkward and uninviting totally different than it was before... Used to be a store I was comfortable buying in and staff were helpful and attentive.

I've bought 5 bras in the last 6 months and their garbage now. I have 3 wire bras which have all snapped, and 2 sports bras where the strings are coming out. They are cheaply made and not worth the price they are.

I've been to this location twice since moving here and I've had incredible service each time. Bra shopping has never been my favourite, but this is now my go to store. The ladies here are friendly, proffesional and know their stuff. They do not make you feel pressured into buying anything but are a great help when you need it. The selection in the store is smaller but it's well organized and if you don't find what you're looking for, or your size, they'll call another location to put it on hold for you. Everyone there is a great help, especially the lady with curly, blonde hair!

I don’t shop often and I hate trying things on…. especially bikinis. I went in to get some new undies and realized I needed a bathing suit too on Thursday. The ladies who helped me were amazing! While trying on multiple tops and bottoms and telling them my little preferences (like no tie strings on the bottoms, etc) they went to great lengths finding things for me without me ever having to leave the change room. Especially one lady (whose name I regretfully did not get) was super supportive. Thank you! Sincerely… thank you! It was one of the best shopping experiences of my life.

I like this brand because they carry very nice stuff. I live in Vancouver but when I am in Victoria to visit family I go to the one in Mayfair Mall. I have to say that I've seen an improvement in the organization and service since last June when I was there. Today one of the managers (don't remember the name) was very kind and made my day. I bought a couple of bras that didn't fit as I expected. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt. I imagined they would not allow the return but she made an exception and let me exchange them. She even take the time to help me look for other styles cause they didn't have the size in the styles I bought.

Always wonderful selection of merchandise. All La Vie en Rose locations are my go-to place to buy bras as other competitors incorrectly measure my size or push me to buy incorrectly sized bras. Now this location is the main place my children get their bras (aside from the WEM location in summer trips). Today's visit was special because I accidentally left my mobile phone in a rush but the staff were mindful to put it in safekeeping until I returned and proved the claim with my biometrics. BTW, my older daughter is happy with her new pairs from today's transaction.Thank you and keep up the good work.
