Inspection Logica is a great choice for new homeowners. My partner and I are buying our first home and Sébastien went above and beyond to look in all the nooks and crannies of the house, noting every last detail in his report so that we are empowered to address issues immediately. On top of that, he anticipated many contingencies that give us a better understanding of the work we may need to do in the years to come and what preventative measures we can take to see that our house remains in good shape. He showed us where to look, what to look for, and gave us rough estimates of how much repairs might cost, and he had a friendly demeanour all while doing it. Overall, it was a very pleasant afternoon and I will for sure use Inspection Logica when we buy our second house. 100% recommend!
