Proline did such a grerat job on my florals and decor for my wedding! Their prices are very budget friendly. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful wedding but don't want to spend your life savings all in one go!!

Kathleen's florals are absolutely stunning and all at a very reasonable price! I am not familiar with flowers but had shown her some examples of floral arrangements that I liked, and Kathleen delivered exactly what I had envisioned! We also asked Kathleen to be our Day-of-Coordinator, and it was some of the best money I'd spent on the whole wedding. Kathleen provided us with suggestions along the way. On the day of our wedding, our venue was aggressively unaccommodating, and Kathleen helped us on multiple occasions including disputing head counts, moving tables, serving drinks to our guests, etc...etc... We had a list of tasks for Kathleen to complete and she completed each one of them perfectly. We also appreciated Kathleen's ability to quickly adapt to any given situation as she had helped us make some decisions during the wedding to improve the experience of our guests. Kathleen's years of experience really showed through based on how well she had coordinated our wedding. I cannot recommend her enough!

We couldn't thank Proline Trading more for their help during our entire wedding process. They have custom package deals from wedding planning & officiation to flower/boutonniere arrangements, decor for both ceremony & reception, and more. They really simplified the wedding planning for us. We got Kathleen (main contact) which was nice as we only needed to talk with her rather than having to deal with multiple different vendors. They have a wide variety of wedding decor selection, and their prices are certainly kept reasonable. Kathleen does tend to get busy with emails, but gave us an in-person consultation and provided us with a detailed breakdown of item details and pricing. Not to mention she was also our wedding day coordinator, and she is definitely experienced and competent. She certainly helped us make our wedding day a success. Overall we would offer nothing but the highest of recommendations for Proline Trading to our friends & family.

Kathleen is brilliant. She delights in putting together unique unconventional arrangements for clients like us for our wedding. She gave us EXACTLY what we asked for, down to every detail. It was done at a very reasonable price compared to competitors nearby.Inside her store is very modest, but don't let that fool you into thinking she's basic. Kathleen is very professional and can help suggest different flowers that can compliment ideas you already have.Our wedding was truly stunning because of all the flower arrangements. Proline always deliver beautiful arrangements with excellent service. I've used them for many years starting with my own wedding and for different occasions over the years. Proline Trading is a one stop shop for your wedding needs. We went with Proline for flowers, decorating, officiating and day of coordination. We were glad that we only had to communicate with Kathleen as opposed to 4 different vendors. Kathleen is super knowledgeable, efficient and organized; she made our wedding day seamless.We loved how she had an Excel sheet to clearly lay out the cost for each item and would even make recommendation on where we could save costs.Kathleen is quite busy and could be hard to reach by email at times, but don't worry she will be able to deliver on what was communicated.

Do yourselves a favour and do NOT work with this company. It’s laughable that they have the word “pro” in their company name because they have zero professionalism. My fiancee and I personally reached out to Kathleen Chiu, the owner, upon referral by a friend for our wedding venue decoration. Our first interaction seemed normal as she told us to email her our wedding details. However, what unfolded afterwards was the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced.In the email, we provided a list of service we would require and some sample photos of the decoration styles we like. We hoped to have a quote in 1-2 weeks as it intertwines with other parts of our planning. We recognize that it’s not a lot of time, but we were greatly appreciative if it could be done. If it were not viable, we would totally understand given the short notice. After a few days of radio silence, we tried to follow up with her through phone call to confirm she received our email. When she picked up the call, she sounded extremely annoyed and complained that we are forcing an unnecessary deadline on her even though our wedding is not happening soon. After unsuccessfully attempting to mend the situation and continue the conversation with her, we hung up. To put it simply, she was too busy to be answering our calls and we should not be wasting her time to discuss our vision for decoration. It’s our fault for giving her time time constraints; therefore, putting pressure on her. My fiancee was still trying to make things work by being pleasant and understanding, but was only met with apathy and impatience from the other end.In conclusion, if you want a responsive and respectful vendor, you will find a million other vendors who are reasonable and catering. If you want someone who forces her own negative energy, stress and incompetence onto you, this is the perfect match.
