I recently wrote My Memoir which was dedicated to my children. First Choice was so professional and helpful me to deliver a great final product with ideas of my cover design and quality printing. What they state on their website in terms of timeline and cost was also accurate. Thank to all at First Choice for your help and great service !

Every 10 years or so I publish a book. I went with these guys the first time I published so I thought why not try again?Things you should be aware of:1. Every time you send a file to them, they charge you $50. They create a proof for you even if you didn't want one.2. They quoted me 1200-1500 for a full layout change" for the book. I got it done for 200.3. Their e-book conversion costs were much higher than needed charging double the actual price.4. Their customer service is not worthy of any praise either. If you think that paying more will get you better service

I contacted First Choice Books to print a hard-bound thesis paper. The company replied to me through email and phone the next day to outline what they were going to do and the timeline. For a month afterward, I received no word from them. This broke their timeline because I was informed they would send me a proof of the inner material in a week. But since the representative said the die cut for the cover would take a month, I let it go. Once a month came around, I emailed them. There was no reply. Therefore, I phoned the company and was immediately told that they would phone me back. It's been over two months since that phone call. I have since then contacted another company and had my thesis printed and sent out.I will never use First Choice Books again because the customer service is practically non-existent and they do not deliver.

Great communication from all team members, clear and supportive. Their services and prices were exactly consistent with what they advertise. So exciting to receive the final products! Thanks First Choice Books!

Went in for a quote on getting some comics bound into a hardcover. Was told I would get a call in 2 days, no call back. I called & was told I would hear back on Monday. I had to call to hear that I would hear from them on Tuesday. Tuesday came & went no call. I called today & told them I would be in & to pick up my book.Not impressed, I really wanted to spend my $$$ locally, but when a business runs on Island time" & ignores a customer

I have been doing business with these folks for ten years. They have done fabulous work and it is time to give them the credit they deserve. They have artfully and professionally published my last three books. My last book (book three) just printed Jan 2021. They have done my cover layout and the spine print, and over the last five years always matches perfectly, photos to show are attached. The layout, print quality, binding and cover stock is excellent and l confidently give them the five star reference they so richly deserve.
