Amazing service and delicious pizza. Never been disappointed. Their delivery is prompt and accurate. Once the delivery boy slid the pizzas to come side but he owned up to his mistake. Things can go wrong, not all admit and show remorse. I was satisfied with the response and have been ordering from this place for the past 5 years..

Very, very disappointed. Almost no toppings. I'd have preferred to have paid more $ and actually had a PIZZA than paid what I did to receive the sad nothing that I got. We ordered an original crust for one pizza and a thin for the other. Either both were incorrectly on thin crust or they've cut down on the amount of dough they use for an original because there was only a very slight difference between the crusts. I've had pizza for half the price with more toppings from Domino's.

This was an incredible experience of flavour as the sauce, crust, and veggies and cheese was incredible on my large vegetarian pizza. 10/10 must try and I reccomend to all!

ordered a personal pizza. was asked if i wanted a drink with that. declined. then saw they have a special which is a personal and a drink for $8. When i picked up my pizza, I asked why she didn't bring that deal to my attention. Her response: you should have read the sign before entering the store. Not only did i not get a drink but was charged more than $* for just my pizza. Horrific place. run by clueless people. no manners, no class. no customer service.

We ordered the large tropical Hawaiian pizza with original crust, which seemed to be smaller than other pizza places, should be called a medium. But the worst part was how thin the crust was and was more like a cross between carboard and rubber, very chewy. Toppings were sparse but tasty, we ate it because we were hungry, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with brain cells left. But if you are in the other category, you might chewy cardboard with flavor.If anyone knows a better pizza in Ocean Park, let us know.

The jury is out on this place. So far it's been hit and miss. I've had great pizza with good amount of toppings sometimes. Other times it looks like it's slap together in 30 seconds. Also had an instance where it look like the pizza was tipped over in the delivery car and so the toppings were all over the place when I opened up the box. Customer service is excellent though and I was given a refund and even a call directly from this store manager. I really appreciated this and I hope that my experience will be better in the future. Will update my review if it improves.

I ordered a medium chipotle chicken pizza from here which was dry, had barely any suace, was cold when I picked it up (only 5 minutes after they said it would be ready), had 4 tiny specs of red pepper, and about 5 small chunks of red onion. I went back to ask if this lack of toppings was normal, and was told that the menu has changed and they dont put green peppers on there anymore, and it is supposed to come with very light toppings. This pizza consisted of cheese and the chicken that is all. I asked if I could purchase some toppings to put on the pizza which was not aloud and she said I could pay for a new pizza. I am not wanting to spend another $16 on a pizza that has no toppings. Very very displeased with the service and how cheaply these pizzas are put together.

Hand’s down to the best pizza restaurant and light years beyond anything I’ve tried ever. Panago offers by far the most impressive lineup of pizzas I’ve witnessed. On a given Friday night expect to find at least seven or eight different pizzas fresh from the oven to sample. Each pizza offered is totally unique with high quality toppings and ingenious combinations. The owner is extremely helpful, and the restaurant offers 10 star customer service. Staff is unbelievably friendly, and prices are very affordable considering how much they exceed quality expectations compared to TRIPLE A" pizza restaurants like pizza hut or pizza pizza."
