I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve consistently ordered coffee that tastes just awful. Today in particular I had a cappuccino that taste really off and burnt. The counters had boxes and items all over them. The cooler was empty and just had waters. The gentleman who helped me had no eye contact.

Love the brightness of the walls and my favorite tastes in coffee. We rarely go with the group there since covid due to evening hours. Otherwise best tasting coffee in town. Love the not having brown paint on the walls. The yellow has a cheery feel. If you get the chance to its worth while to make this place a busy place. If you see my buddy Xin behind the counter tell him I sent ya... ha ha.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Second Cup Cafe, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. The overall experience was delightful, and I would certainly recommend this café to fellow coffee enthusiasts.

Went through the drive thru and the guy taking order was super rude yelling at us in a rude tone . Also went to pay and wouldn't let us touch the debit machine , only tap.. ripped it out of my hand and said nooo tap ok...No customer service skills at all.. no star rating

I am a regular customer at the rochdale location and Always experience amazing drinks and service but at this location the drinks were like Tim hortons gross and watered down. Very disappointed

Whoever is working right now at the drive thru!! BEST SERVICE EVER at a drive thru. Even acknowledges the passenger. Right from the intercom to the window great personality and energy! Made our day.

I would love to like coming here because my coffee is good but the service is always lacking. Your drive-thru thing has been broken for forever and the staff working just arnt very friendly nor do they understand when I'm asking for things. I'll be taking my money to brewed awakening as they have much better selection and customer service

I’ve been coming here for years whenever I come in to Regina. Have been a loyal customer of Second Cup for decades. I was really put off by the religious music and the religious pamphlets located directly on the countertop where you get your cream and sugar. I appreciate the franchise owners may be if a certain religion, but coke in, this is a coffee shop. I shouldn’t have to be subjected to this religious messaging when I just want to unwind with my cup of joe. Don’t think I will return. Put some jazz music on and lose the pamphlets.

I'd like to say I love taking my family to get hot chocolate at the Rochdale location because the Staff & Drinks are always amazing.Tried ordering 3 Hot Chocolates for my family Oct 4th @4:11pm at the drive thru. Before I was even able to order my first drink the guy yelled at me is that everything. I tried again to finish my first drink but before I could even start he yelled again say yes is that everything. I told him to cancel my order and drove away.I will never waist my time going to the Quance location again. We quickly ran to the Rochdale location and as always the staff & drinks were amazing.
