The lady was really rude, she was talking to us like we were kids and stupid, bad attitude

There's a young lady that works there on Fridays, very unprofessional, I think they need to retrain her in the art of customer service...

I was served very professionally but with care.

Really Slow slow super slow service not the clerks fault but he's all alone with 10 people in line it's ridiculous

Most of the employees don't have any idea about what costumer service is. They are there only to get their little paycheck and make a living. I guess there is just NO REAL TRAINING at all ! Only the small young lady is able to provide a good service the rest them are a bunch of Zombies running behind that paycheck to survive. They don't have much cash if you wanna cash some money you better go very early otherwise they gonna say there is no more cash. They have a bunch of 20's and just a few 50's and 100's. Go there only if you don't have any choice !! Otherwise i highly recommend to go somewhere else. Just terrible service and all the good rates were given by robots" don't get mislead."

Slow af...... Like hire more people. I just stood in line for 30 mins and there was only one person ahead of me

Each time I go there is a minimum wait of 15 minutes to one hour.inly one customer service agent working when there are four windows.this has not improved for six months.please hire more people it’s redicilious to wait up to an hour for service.

To the owner of the Insta Check! we are complaining your staff at 4950 Des Sources why your staff in this place asking a lot of personal question, you should ask only the Identification? who was the sender? and the MTCN, too much personal question, the people sending money they use Western Union to send money and paid a certain amount and at the same you make money too. (1) they ask do u have the receipt that they owe you money? bank that you transfer this money to the sender? why you care? your job is to give money because this money its not yours, at the same time check if this person is the same with the identification. Too much personal question. also you have already the identification they also take picture of you. the people sending money is trusting your company but when the receiver picking up the money its look like a bad person that you are investigate. They are already presenting the government Identification but still they make you feel as a bad person when you receiving the money. My daughter pick up money today she almost crying how they entertained her so bad. The man who serving her is really very rude and the manager of this branch who served my daughter said that a new rule for western union to ask a bank account proving that the sender owed you money????? so they didn't giver the money until she will not provide a bank statement. We called the western union complaint center they said the money is ready to pick up and there is no certain rule that they will ask a personal bank account for pick up???

Rude incompetent employees especially a weird woman. Treating me as if am in a courtroom, disgraceful customer service.
