Campbell and Company did an amazing job not only for my father's estate but for our own personal property. We had been putting off getting our property appraised but after seeing the research, time and hard-work put into the final report for the estate we were quick to request one for our property. They did not fail us. The in-depth report included condition of property, need for appraisal, sales in area, possible easement problems, etc.We would highly recommend this company for your future appraisal needs.

We had a very tight timeline to complete a real estate deal. When I contacted Lisa, she was very understanding of the urgency of our situation and had an appraiser assigned immediately to see the property the next day. The report was completed within 24hrs and we were able to successfully close on the deal. The team is very professional, responsive and answered any questions we had about the report details.
