I had an excellent experience purchasing my first car at Birchwood Honda West. As a first time buyer, Marc Tolentino, the sales manager who assisted me in purchasing my car, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He went above and beyond in making sure that I would acquire the car that I wanted and that it would best suit my needs. Jinwoo and Ray were also extra patient and friendly in answering all my questions and helping me finance my car. Overall, I would highly recommend this location if you’re planning to buy/lease a car.

We went in to check out a Ridgeline. We were very pleased with the laid back experience and had the most straight forward/knowledgeable salesman that we've come across. Full run down of the vehicle and all the features/specs were discussed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda!

Dealt with Jagmir in Service and Kenny was the repair tech. They were efficient and got everything done that was needed on my car. Glad I didn’t have to come back after the diagnostic and all the parts were on hand and covered under an extended warranty! Considering the amount of hassle I have previously have had at other dealerships, I was very surprised and delighted with their service. Thank you Jagmir and Kenny!

Just recently bought my 2023 Honda Civic Sport at Portage West. Shayan has been my guy since I bought my first car back in 2020. He’s been always so good to me. Purchased a used SUV. Priced well. Sales experience friendly and helpful with no pressure. Our questions were answered until we were satisfied. Staff also very helpful with pickup of SUV. Small previously unnoticed crack in windshield was all made right by Birchwood. Overall a very good experience. Buying a car from Birchwood was way easier than getting a cell phone.
