20% Restocking fee? In this economy? Never again.

The other day, in the freezing rain, on my way back from Spruce Grove (2.5 hours), I was on the Whytemud and there was a van that lost traction going up the ramp for 170th/159th Street under 178th. A guy from about 4 cars back got out of his car and went to this van. Another fellow behind him also walked up. Then 2 guys from a truck on the Whytemud got out of their work truck (passengers) and went across the snow bank and these 4 guys helped whoever was in the van. I told them when I went by them that people like them make the world a better place. I also phoned their company and explained that they have hired top notch people! From the counter guys to the delivery team, these guys are top notch. Great customer service, responsive, call ahead for delivery and had a great delivery crew. Highly recommend.
