** OUTSTANDING **There is no word better than this related to my recent experience with John and Angie at Consiglio’s Kitchenware in Etobicoke. Their customer service, attention to detail and communication were and are second to no one.I recently purchased the new Philips 4300 (4347/94), LatteGo Super Automatic Espresso Machine. We emailed back and forth numerous times as I live in Montreal and they are approximately 6.5 hours away. I became aware of them thru their Youtube video unboxings and how too’s when I started looking for a new Espresso machine to replace my Nespresso Lattissimo Pro with something better and that didn’t require expensive pods. I had many questions and they answered everything. At the time another company had a sale on the 4300 but because of the relationship I already built with the Team Consiglio’s Family, I wanted to deal with only them, lucky for me they price matched. They also sent me a free bag of their most popular freshly roasted Super Crema Espresso Beans (which is excellent by the way), with the 4300. By absolutely NO fault of Consiglio’s, I ended up returning the 4300 4 days after my purchase and upgrading to the PhiIips 5400 (5447/94), LatteGo. They have an excellent return policy, just follow their requirements (save your boxes, packaging, wrappers, stickers etc for 30 days). I save all this whenever I buy something especially an item that is this expensive.** As a small side note because this is not what this review is about but I wanted to add that the Philips LatteGo Super Automatic Espresso Machines are worth EVERY cent. DO YOUR HOMEWORK and make sure you pick the Philips LatteGo that is right for you. They are an amazing machine and as you can see by the photos, they make very pretty Latté Macchiatos, love the ambient lighting on the 5400. In answer to your question, YES the Philips 5400 model is definitely worth the extra over and above the 4300. **It all happened very very quick . . They sent a return label, I had the machine picked up that afternoon, it was received the next morning in Etobicoke. After checking the return for damage etc and making the upgraded payment on the new machine, they sent out the new 5400 machine that same afternoon … The whole ordeal took less than 48 hours in total. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! NO HASSLE RETURN… They made it all very easy.I highly recommend Consiglio’s Kitchenware for any and all of your kitchenware needs, they are definitely one of the best in the business and are willing to go above and beyond to help anyone with any issue or questions they may have. A special thank you to John and Angie for all their help, I look forward to a long relationship with them as well as ordering my fresh Espresso beans every month. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Glad to know this is a family owned and run business with rich history - and it shows. We’ve been looking for a super automatic expresso machine for a while and I found Consiglio. The discounted price is fantastic, with the extra 10% off at check out and the free beans, nowhere else can really beat the price. the website is intuitive and easy to use and most importantly, everything is carefully packaged and shipped super fast! Got my machine the next day via FedEx. Thanks for making the experience smooth and personal, would definitely shop again!

Having recently purchased a Philips 5400 LatteGo I have to say the experience of shopping with Consiglio's was top shelf! Communication was great and at the right cadence...not too much, not too little. Shipping was fast and everything was received in perfect condition. And, maybe most importantly, price was great. Not just good but great. They weren't just the same price as everyone else...they were cheaper...in fact the cheapest! I will highly recommend Consiglio's to anyone looking for kitchenware and you can rest assured that I will be shopping here again.

I have an older Giannini espresso maker, I wasn't certain which were the correct sized parts to get it working again. Consiglio was terrific helping id what I needed to order. The order was promptly filled and delivered. Great service, highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the help I got from Sim. I talked to Sim on the telephone before Iordered a Gaggia espresso maker but had to ask her to hold the product for quite some time while as I was away. We arranged a specific shipping date and everything worked out as planned. Whenever I had a question or wanted confirmation, I emailed Sim and she always answered right away.On the telephine she was very nice and professional. Great store experience! Staff were very helpful and helped me get exactly what I needed. Also the only place in Toronto that was selling the espresso machine I was looking for at a reasonable price. I’d highly recommend checking out the physical store if you can or the website if you can’t!

Product (18L stainless steel fusti) arrived incredibly fast and was exactly as described. I had an issue with an out of stock spigot but they provided excellent customer service and informed me as soon as it was in stock again, honouring the same discount even tho the sale had ended. I recommend this store to everyone!
