I was looking for someone local in Kanata - check. I was looking for a small business - check. Preferably a family business - check. I needed someone who could come in less than a day - check. I am always impressed if someone actually answers the phone - check.I called about 11:30 this morning and they had someone at my place within 90 min and the problem solved in under an hour afterwards. Ronnie and his helper (didn't get his name) had the parts and got right to work. Two other companies I tried either didn't return a call, or had an appointment in a week and half. Next time I'll cut out the other guys and just call these guys. The bill for a quick service call was reasonable in my opinion. Support Local.
