Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being. Greenwin takes advantage of tenants and will try to scam you.

This functionality is awesome and I have been using this whenever i am going for far way place visit. Apart from this it is providing all details like as which way would be good, Distance and total time taken accordingly to the selected way. So finally it is a very best help to every individual and I would recommend everyone to start use if they have not started.

Place looks clean and the building has been upgraded but there is still a horrid bedbug and cockroach infestation that has not been solved in the 15 years of me being there.

It was a tremendous place to live in on rent. The rooms are pretty big considering the rent is less than 1500 , even bigger than most of the apartments that charge rent closer to 2000 ...and the washrooms have enough space as well. All the amenities are very close at a few minutes of walking distance. I heard before moving in here that this sherbourne area has some bad reputation about drugs/weeds, but i personally never faced any issues due to that in my 3 years of stay here. This is a pretty safe place to live in , no outside problem like drugs/unwanted people , whatsoever. Management is also very helpful.I'd give 5 stars, extremely happy with my stay here.

Horrible experience! The leasing agent Kelvin booked a viewing on a Saturday morning and never showed up. Kept calling him so many times but never answered! Called the helpline but they were not very helpful at all. They kept saying it's the weekend and the offices are closed. Okay then why book a viewing if they don't want to show up on a weekend and waste our time? Strange!

You'll be disappointed. The videos and pictures are exaggerated to the max, the units are stuffy with an odd smell, and goodluck trying to contact management. They will not pick up the phone. I am so glad I recorded the leasing agent Kelvin, stating I would receive a refund because they have failed to deliver proof of a refund issue. This establishment does not deserve one star. Sure they provide low housing, but you will be taken advantaged of as a tenant. This company needs to be shut down. Do your research, there is tons of resources online that shows just how terrible this apartment is.
