It was a pleasure dealing with Medi-Quote. We dealt with three agents as we purchased two policies and had some questions after our initial call. Every agent was well-informed and answered all our questions, they were very helpful, making sure that we understood what we were purchasing. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with the service. While it is a complex process when there are a lot of medical issues the representatives were very helpful.The online medical history does not work as well as it should. It does not really allow you to make some changes to correct information. In the end it worked well enough.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with medi-quote. I have found all representatives to be knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I have not had a bad experience yet and I have been using them for my travel insurance requirements for a number of years now.

I have been dealing with Medi-Quote for many years and any time I call I have had a prompt response and without fail have found the agent to be polite, informative and extremely helpful. I have recommended you to several friends. However I find it a little more difficult getting in to fill in the online form as my password is never accepted and even after selecting a new one I have to try three time before it is accepted. Also I do not have access to a printer and would appreciate if I was at least provided with a hard copy of the wallet size travel card and confirmation of payment. Other than that I am happy with your services
