I am very pleased with the service provided. We had to wait less than one hour for the ambulance to arrive.The care we received from Parmedics 6512 and 6566 was exceptional. They went above and beyond with the care for my wife. The were very professional, caring, knowledgeable and informative

As a client it is amazing, great service. But please pay your bill or else they will send you to a collection team. Also don't recommend working there, you deserve respect and not much of that goes around over there.Thanks for listening to my TED talk.

Five hour wait to have my 89 year old Father with a grave heart condition transferred between medical institutions while he was in need of specific care not available to him. When help did arrive it was unprofessional and the attendants were wearing clown pants ! Really is this what we pay high taxes for here in Quebec !!

Worst place ever, completed uneducated and and told me how much I would be paying while I was there. Got my bill and it was $400 more with them telling me it wasn’t their problem it was mine. Would not recommend this place.i would give it 0 stars if I could.

The number 0241 team, answered call #287 , Dec , 3rd, 2022....they were very professional, very caring, and treated the patient and family with courtesy & respect.....all while attending to the complex nature of their work !!!!!If I go down, I would want them to pick me up !!!!They are overworked and underpaid...in my opinion.....and deserve better !Many Thanks , to the male & female team riding the 0241 yellow life saver !Best of the Season to you both .........!!!!!

What a service? I thought that could save my life, but after having a bill and medications and 14 hours waiting period in the Lake Sure General Hospital, service was extremely poor, rude and not attending and preferably, saying that i was not dying. I wish i could die and than Government of Quebec take all the money that I earned with hard work as beneficiary. Urgency -Sante left me saying good luck Madamme"."

Worst customer service ever, I mistakenly called them because i forgot the paper for the ambulance fees. The lady was so mean even when the call was recorded and would hang for Violence Verbal”. Well

The paramedics Olivier and Richard was amazing! They helped my daugther after she felt down and hurt her mouth. She loved them and the fear about all the situation , disapear!
