I have been seeing Dr. Osei-Bonsu for a few years now and she has listened closely to my concerns and has never dismissed any of them. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling relief because I know she will do her best to treat me.The receptionists are very efficient and friendly.The space is always clean and feels safe.

Friendly and efficient staff, there was only a 5 minute wait when I came in for a walk-in. Definitely my first choice of clinic from now on.

Dr. Crook is great, he takes the time, askes questions and is very through. was referred to a cardiologist. Dr. crook is very helpful and very knowledgeable with no prejudice and or assumptions. Just a great doctor whom I'd highly recommend him to anyone. Never had to wait long to see him, prompt and on time with appointments as well as seeing walk in's (how I 1st. got to see him) Was having an episode or prolonged Tachycardia, did ECH ASAP in office and tried vagal maneuvers to slow HR. Was referred to cardiologist that day. he definitely cares about his patient's and has since been treating me. Friendly and very observative. Pretty much everything you want in a Great doctor!

I moved to Winnipeg 3 years ago and was referred to this clinic due to where I lived as it was the closest. It was nerve wrecking for me to have to find a new family doctor as my previous doctor I had since I was a kid. I am so happy to have found a family doctor. Tabby at the front is always kind and accommodating and Dr Apoeso really cares about her patients. My daughter’s also have Dr Apoeso as their doctor and feel very comfortable with her especially with immunizations! Very thankful to have found this clinic.

My doctor works out of this clinic. She's wonderful and really cares. The receptionist is super friendly and I've never had a bad experience.

I can’t say enough positive things about the incredible care I have received over the last 4 years with Dr Aeposo. She is so compassionate and follows through with every concern I have had. I credit her with turning my health issues around and I cannot thank her enough! The staff at this clinic are also kind and make medical visits pleasant.

When I first started coming to this clinic everything was fine; however now when I try to call in I have to sit through multiple automated messages and menus that are difficult to navigate, I usually end up having to phone multiple times because you aren’t able to go back if you push a wrong number. I just tried phoning while the clinic was open and I was sent straight to voicemail (twice) without even being given the option to speak with a staff member about making an appointment, then the voicemail says “don’t leave a message.” How am I supposed to see my doctor? On top of that I am always waiting even when I have an appointment and I have been told to come in during walk in hours to see MY doctor even though I am a patient at this clinic. I have always found the staff to be friendly but I will be looking for a new doctor just to avoid the all of the inconvenience. Maybe somewhere where I can speak to a person and not an automated voice message.

Efficient staff in reception and pharmacy, short waiting hours, doctor is detailed and approachable.

While I had not super good experiences here when I first started coming, my visits have been great since. My doctor is awesome and very friendly, and the receptionists are helpful. Sometimes you may still have to wait for awhile, so just make sure not to schedule anything else close to your appointment.

I want to say I love it here, however I don’t. The only reason my husband and I keep going here is because Dr. Apoeso is a fantastic doctor. Unfortunately, the one receptionist is a piece of work. She is so rude and makes you feel completely stupid! I can't believe she is still there after all these years.
