Only was able to ask me for informarmtiok n that I already told them. After I mention What I did, the reply I got was sorry We cannot help you then they hung up. If there was a negative rating I would use it for this.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. Their attitude is patronising and unfriendly. I was charged a fee to tell me that they can not help me. My MacPro screen was cracked. They recommended a product to provide me with a HDMI port to connect to my TV as an alternative. They had this packed and ready to buy. I found this outrages as my Mac already had a HDMI port. How on earth can one explain this from a so called Apple service provider ?

Just went here with help for my laptop. The women who helped me was great. Cleaned out my charge port. Tried a couple different chargers to see if it was my charger then gave me a spare cable part off another broken charger to replace the part that wasn’t working on mine. No charge. Got them coffees for the help.

Brought computer in on Nov 21 and it was kept until December 3 with only minor work made. Poor communication; I had to keep calling back to see when it would be ready, was quoted far less than I was charged on pick up.Computer works better, that is why I give 2 stars.

Thanks to the team at My Tech Guys in Comox...my laptop drank my coffee the other morning and within minutes they had it in their capable hands...cleaned and dried and I had it up and running like new the next morning...not the first time they have saved me from myself and my computer! Highly recommend and thanks again!

Amazing service!!Went into the store. I was very upset because I couldn't install a program I needed for college on my laptop.The fellow there helped me right away and within an hour i was on my way!Great customer service thanks again!
