Premium Cabinets

If only I could give zero stars for zero service!!! This guy missed his appointment, then called the next day and said he didn't get the message and wanted to stop by. Came in to our kitchen and immediately tried to sell quartz or granite countertops (ours were new) and panels we didn't want or need. We had already replaced all the cupboards boxes by a friend; simply needed doors, hinges, & hardware plus valance & crown. Apparently that wasn't good enough. No return call or email with a quote, nor return call when we called him to ask where our quote was. But he was quick to criticize every other company in town ,, he was the only 'REAL" cupboard company in town. Get REAL!!! stay far away from Mr. Baril and his arrogance. Find someone REAL!! These guys are a joke. Came to my house to look at a small cabinet build, 5 days later no quote and a promise of a return call. Call again 7 days later and get told to go to Kakuli cause my job was too small to be worth their time. They clearly care nothing of othes time. If you want your time and work taken seriously, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I purchased a home with a brand new kitchen installed by Premium. House had never been lived in and cabinets (high gloss) had streaks down the edges all over from what they thought was residue from the wrap. However it’s actually scratches from the machine that did the taped edges. Bill hasn’t replied to anymore of my emails, calls or texts to come to some kind of resolution. The Staff he sent there to try remove the residue damaged two doors with a solvent which were replaced thanks to Ryan. Still no response or recognition about the rest of the kitchen issues. Ignored and told the previous owner was in agreeable with the possibility of these marks. I explained to the old owner and it was never told to him and he wouldn’t have spent $20,000 on a kitchen from Premium had he know the lack of customer service and warranty would lack this way. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Thrilled beyond words with our cabinets! Bill helped us to decide on the final product and Jason installed the cabinets. Highly professional company, great service and great product. Did not have any troubles or concerns. Very impressed with Jason's work....clearly a perfectionist, highly focused and takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
