Metal Arc Welding

Got the frame for our little Boler 13' replaced at Metal Arc and the process was very smooth start to finish. The old frame had definitely seen enough miles to be dangerous, but I have no doubt the new one will outlast me :) Fit and finish on the new frame was super, and we had them handle the swap over too (since my list of things to do never gets any shorter). Very happy to recommend. PS - new frame had a tongue extension and was much tougher, yet only added 70 kgs overall.

Metal arc was amazing! They helped me out with a broken frame on my Boler. They took it the day after I contacted them and had it ready for pick up a week later- it’s like new and the work they did is flawless! My little trailer is safe now and gonna last. They were super friendly and very helpful! They are THE place to go if you need help with your Boler projects! I highly recommend!

Janeen and Todd offer top notch service, communication and craftsmenship. We brought them our Boler travel trailer for a new frame, paint, windows and wiring/lighting and they completly exceded our expectations. The attention to detail is fantastic. The frame Todd built will last decades. Janeen kept us informed of progress at all times and was always polite and straightfoward. They bent over backwards to make sure our trailer was perfect. We love our brand new frame for our Boler! It’s absolutely perfect and the shop owner Todd and his wife Janeen went above and beyond to help us with turnaround time since we’re getting the camper painted right away! They’re just simply amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our frame. They gave us a ton of options and we love how customizable the frame is. We opted for a receiver to attach our bike rack on the back and we can finally tug our cruisers with us!We did our research and got pricing from multiple shops around the Edmonton area and Metal Arc was the biggest bang for our buck.You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work and have serviced many Bolers! They are knowledgeable and friendly, and we can’t say enough about our beautiful frame!

Before we bought our Boler we brought it to Metal Arc to have the frame inspected. They gave us a comprehensive evaluation of the the condition of the frame and several different options on how to proceed with no pressure to make any specific choice.After seeing the quality of their custom made frames, we opted to have the boler put on a new frame, rehang the door, and have a new front and back window installed. Janeen, Todd, and their staff were wonderful to work with. They explained everything and did all the little extras that that make the difference. They completed the work in a very timely fashion and kept us up to date with the progress.We are planning a cross country trip next summer and knowing that we have a safe and quality built frame under us makes us feel so much better. I reached out to Metal Arc before buying my Boler to gauge the approximate cost I would be incurring for the repairs over the cost of the Boler. I am not a DIY person hence even a small repair /adjustment had to go to a workshop.My email got an immediate response but more importantly I sensed the friendly attitude behind the response. Meeting Janeen in person, proved me right. Anyone who likes my super friendly Poodle, definitely scores high points! I spoke to Todd too who was very accommodating when I was running late. In short, I just felt comfortable dealing with Janeen and Todd and trusted that they would get a proper evaluation done on the condition of my Boler based on which I could decide as to how I wanted to proceed with the repairs.Knowing that I was a Newbie, Janeen made sure that Mark explained everything to me when I went to pick my Boler up after the repairs.
