I had an excellent experience working with Michelle during these troubling times due to COVID 19 and her service has been nothing short of stellar. Not only is she the most knowledgeable insurance broker I've ever dealt with, she is also one of the most patient . The brokerage itself seem to be affiliated with many underwriters and she was able to secure very competitive policy rates compared to my previous broker. I would recommend this brokerage and Michelle in particular to anyone else.Edit: Michelle is no longer with the company. So far dealing with the new person at Affinity has been positive.

I have repeatedly reached out to this broker via phone and email regarding my home insurance policy and nobody has gotten back to me. Awful service.

In my experience, Joan has worked hard, and shown she really knows her stuff to get you the best rates. I have never had a bad experience with her. She is very easy to talk to and pleasant to work with. Surprised to see anything less than 5 stars. The poorly rated reviews have got to be fake or the client was at fault / didn't want to take responsibility and blamed the broker. I can put no value in these poorly rated reviews.

Visited their office to renew my dad's car insurance on his behalf and I wanted to INCREASE his coverage. The guy in the office told me they cannot change the insurance when using proxy option. The ICBC renewal notice clearly says that you cannot DECREASE the coverage when using a proxy. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. Went to another place a couple of blocks away and did it quickly.

Wow, just wow... Joan Jaffray is a miserable know it all. I made the mistake of going here for my insurance services and will never go back. I don't know how one could possibly be any worse. She complained multiple times about various issues, and acted like I was an idiot. When looking on here I am not at all surprised by the numerous bad reviews this place has, the only thing that surprises me is that there are any good reviews whatsoever lol.

Awful insurance! Came twice and both times they were unable to assist me with registration the car and selling it !

Prior to my last few visits I had no issues with Affinity. The last two times I was dealing with a lady named Joan Jaffray who was he absolute worst customer service representative I've ever encountered. The first day I visited she was extremely rude to my friend who was only trying to help resolve the situation. She continuously argued with us even though she was clearly wrong with a particular situation we were trying to resolve. We asked her multiple times to make sure our driving permit was extended to Friday the 16th. After spending nearly and hour and a half there waiting for this woman to finish her jabbering she finally completed the permit. She repeatedly confirmed that the permit was for 4 days. Low and behold 2 days later we find out she had made a mistake and went back there. We go into Affinity and she immediately admits to her mistake but laughs it off. She continues helping her friend who was in front of us but does so very slowly. She continues telling stories with her friend while we are sitting waiting. I finally make a comment that we're going to be late and her friend feels uncomfortable and leaves. Now she's forced to deal with us. She tells us she can't fix the issue because the company I lease the vehicle through is closed until tomorrow. We simply asked her to resolve the mistake she made and nothing more which she would not do. She continues being rude and immediately helped someone who came in after us. We finally got up and left in frustration. We went to another autoplan broker who fixed our issue in 20 minutes. This lady should not be working as a autoplan representative let alone manage one of their locations. I hope the owner reads my review and contacts me personally so I can go into detail regarding her feeble attempt at resolving an issue she created. You would think as the culprit of the problem that she would make half an attempt to fix it but this was not the case. Instead we were made to feel like absolute idiots. I will never ever go into Affinity Insurance Services again unless the owner reaches out to me and disciplines his employee.

Joan is an excellent broker, I have never saved so much in insurance before.These days you can get insurance just about anywhere, but I assure you, if you develop a good business relationship with your broker your customer service will be next to none with Joan.

I want to say I really appreciate the way Crystal handled my situation. Even though lCBC has some nonsense bureaucracy to gets things done, Crystal was able to clarify things and help me finish my car transfer.Thanks for the great work!

I called at affinity insurance to get my i insurance cancelled for my car. N one of the guy named manjot picked my call and guided me to the next level. I really appreciate his service. I believe everyone needs these kind of employees to have a greater success. Thanks to affinity insurance and mainly to the person treated me.✅
