The whole process was so easy. They have tons of convenient locations, and you can check in online to avoid waiting. No appointment needed. I was overdue for a trim and a bit embarrassed about the damaged ends.The hairdresser was so kind and friendly. She complimented my hair, and was skilled in the style I wanted. Offered a suggestion for a better cut, and it was quick without feeling rushed. I was at ease the whole time.If you just want to get it cut, without a drawn out, judgey salon experience, this is the place to go.

I am usually pretty satisfied with my haircut but this time I was not. The hairstylist did not seem into it, no attention to detail (I hate asking). In the end I did not really get what I was expecting and was not comfortable enough to say anything.

Very inconsistent place to get your hair cut. Very unhappy with the cut I received recently... I will never go back. My recommendation is to spend a little more $ somewhere else. Sloppy work.

Great Clips website states all locations offer complimentary cuts for people experiencing hair loss due to cancer. It is called Clips of Kindness". I have breast cancer and have started losing my hair as a result of chemotherapy.I walked into this location and specifically mentioned "Clips of Kindness" and that I have cancer

Got the same haircut twice here with huge variance on the results. But what will make me not come back here is how terribly managed the online check-in is. I guess it doesn't register sometimes, so it tells you it's a 12 minute wait and you end up waiting 45 minutes. They also seem to have zero awareness of who is waiting in their lobby. Telling someone it'd be about a 10 minute wait when there were 4 people ahead of them and two hairdressers.
