Very informative free in home assessment by Sales (Peter Kelly), much better than their competitor. Install team of three were all professional, quick and detailed. I've had experienced visitors in my house commenting on how good of a job they did. Small error on my bill but gave no trouble at all and fixed it right away. Paid exactly what I was quoted for. I have some other older windows to replace in the future and will probably use Metro for those as well!

Had a great quote experience, and initially thought they're great. Til you have a problem. I had my first installation done in '15, and have given them way more than enough time to fix it. Now, today, the owner is putting false words in my mouth! Never again will I use them or refer anyone to them, and I have more to be done.

This company installed 3 of doour doors, after several months of waiting, 1 opened the wrong way and one was too small, installers argued all along the process. We strongly don't recommend them, took 7m

We had our patio replaced. Lead time was long but advised upfront. The delivery date provided was met and earlier than advised. The installation team was excellent. The workmanship and customer service was A+.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Startingwith the quote, response time was terrible. Thenhaving to wait 4 months for the door to arrive onceI ordered it, and metro not even contacting meonce. I had to reach out multiple times for updatesand to see if my door was there yet. And finishingwith the door not even being the right size to fitonce they delivered it! And now they won't return itor do anything for me even though they were giventhe correct brickmold measurements. I suggest staying clear from sales consultant Mike Boutilier and Metro Windows and Doors

Had a great experience from quote to install. Cliff & Bruce were absolutely amazing! Very efficient & customer oriented. My brand new door looks & works great. Would recommend Metro to anyone looking!

My husband and I are so very impressed by the service we received from this company. We were about to finalize our window order with a local competitor when our carpenter advised we seek a second quote from Metro and WOW are we glad we did. Not only are the window options far superior but the team at Metro went above and beyond for us from beginning to end! They met with us on multiple occasions to answer questions, pulled things out of the warehouse for us to have a closer look, AND we ended up getting our windows installed much sooner than anticipated. The install crew were so polite and respectful and answered all of our questions. They brought drop clothes and left the house in great condition. They accidentally took one of our drop clothes and when we notified them of this, they ordered us a new one online to be shipped to the house. I mean, come on, it does not get much better than this! Thank you Metro!!!

Just had a new bay window installed today from Metro. Crew did an amazing job and the attention to detail was second to none . Randy,Cliff and Corey had the old one out in no time and got the new one in with little to no issues. I am especially pleased with how they completed the trim on the inside. I highly recommend Metro Windows and Doors. From estimation to sales and install they are priced fairly and totally professional from start to finish. Now that main floor is complete will do the second floor in the spring.As far as i am concerned I would not recommend anyone else . Well done !!!!

Big shout out to the team, we had a large window replacement job done on the front of our house consisting of 10 Large windows, can't say enough about this group. Very professional job, beautiful work and cleaned up after everyday, it was a job that took about 3 weeks. This team knows their stuff. Highly recommend them, 5 stars gang!
