Paul helped me with repairing my Garneau eBike and coordinated with the company representative who he seems to know on a first name basis. He got the part and repaired the bike. He seems to be knowledgeable and experienced. I give 3 stars however for the impersonable and rigid attitude. Also the price was $45 just to replace a the rear spoke. Something that takes 10 minutes to do

I came here for help with ordering a derailleur hanger. The part came in a bit later than expected but that wasn't Paul's fault. As soon as it came in I got a call from Erin that my part had arrived. Paul installed it without charging me labour (it only took him a couple of minutes to do it, but as a professional mechanic he had every right to charge me a labour fee). The staff here are very polite and the shop space is clean. There's a good selection of merchandise for commuters, racers, and everyone in between. This shop seems to be the one to go for if you need service on Campagnolo parts. They were also recommended to me when I asked my friends where to go for something as obscure as a derailleur hanger. The prices are what you'd expect for a shop that sells high quality cycling gear, and the service matches the quality of their merchandise. I'll definitely be coming back here again.

I've been a loyal customer of Cycles London since 2015. Paul is a knowledgeable owner. He's a wonderful mechanic, and I find his service top notch. He gave me great advice about my Garneau Gennix R1, and has done some wonderful service on it. Like some others have commented, he always does quality work. Prices are fair, and service is excellent.

Paul is a master of all things bike. He can fix just about anything and has vast knowledge to help get you on the right bike with the correct kit.

The owner is so gentle and genuinely loves to give advice regarding biking. Great prices too!
