Our bedroom suite arrived and I had some concerns with the mattress not fitting all the way to the end, Kerrie P offered some very helpful advice on how to fix the issue. There was also a long scratch on the top of the dresser, they offered me an in-store credit or partial refund (my choice) as I said I would keep it and was able to fix it myself. Everything else in the bedroom suit showed up perfect and undamaged. Thank you for the wonderful and very helpful service!

Jessica was super friendly and very knowledgeable about what the brick offers. I had numerous questions and was using the chat function while working which meant I was a little scattered. She was able to provide me with the information for a sales agent who will contact me tomorrow. I am disabled and have a hard time getting into stores so being able to do this all remotely is so much easier and greatly appreciated. Jessica's customer service skills are exemplary and I commend her on her knowledge base as well.

I did a purchase December 23 for pickup and did not get a response as to when I should pickup my order which was supposed to be ready by January 3, I was upset and spoke with an agent by the name of Laura who explained to me that the order arrived today and that I could pick up my order. She was polite and professional and I’m happy with her service. Thanks Laura (kudos). However I’m not too impressed with the order. I purchased a Chester drawer and one of the handle can’t be screwed on, there’s no thread in the handle I’m not happy.

Do not buy any furniture from the Brick Store. The Brick store sells junk furniture . I bought a sectional sofa for $1600 and just after using one month it has fallen apart. I bought a warranty when i purchased the furniture. The Brick store at 1267 BARTON STREET E. UNIT F01 HAMILTON,ON, L8H 2V4 is a store to avoid at any cost . Now when I put a warranty claim they are giving me middle finger. Worst customer experience at this location . The poor quality products that they sell fall a part after one month of use. Bunch of fraudster. Never again in my life i will step a foot in the Brick store , biggest mistake in my life. People be smart and buy from any other store but not from brick. I've had lots of dealings with online chat help, by far my agent Natasha W surpassed any service I've received so far on a online chat. After asking about warranty on a failed appliance I purchased a few years ago, the agent confirmed I still was covered under the 5 year warranty that I suspected, then Natasha further more sent me the original purchase invoice, pink for my claim and the model for the appliance. The proactive nature of the service provided to me saved me time searching for my copy. In my experience they demonstrated a level of customer service that is becoming lost these days, The Brick should be proud of the service this employee provides. Thank you!
