The location of the store is an inconvenience, especially when relying on the bus for transit. The store has permanently closed its entrance to the mall (a very small shopping mall) and customers must go outside to walk from one to the other. Last but not least given all the available products available at this independent store it has one of the most expensive prices (the same products are cheaper and more selection is available at a large big box" grocery store). The store sells "PC" "President's Choice" brand products."

Very clean store and very nice employees. However once I reached checkout I noticed a very passive aggressive and condescending letter to the staff about keeping the work areas clean. Though I do agree with cleanliness, I think the very clear gaslighting of the employees to be a signifier of bad management. If you want employees who will show you loyalty and respect maybe you should do the same. Ps: don’t let customers see these kind of notes. I don’t know what you were hoping to achieve by embarrassing your staff, but it also shows your ineptitude

I am(was) a regular at this store spending roughly $200 a week here up until today. I just got $80 of groceries and was charged $9 for 3 .50 cent bags! The owner is a scam artist taking advantage of people while the price of groceries are at an all time high. Please drive the extra 5 minutes to a different store and don't help scum bags like Belifore.

Saturday at noon hour, one till open, place is slammed. If have to use self checkout with a big order you will have to put your groceries on the floor as there is no room for them. Only three self checkouts, people lined up and frustrated. Have shopped here for decades. Am done.
