Inflation hits hard. There are barely any meat /protein content in the meal. Just fried rice with some canned frozen pineapple mixed in. Overpriced

After spending more than a thousand dollars in the last year on delivery to the same house from the Strathcona location, today our order was rejected and the app instructed me to call the location for more information. The person who answered the phone told me that we’re “out of range” and that their policy has always been to only deliver within 7km. The house is well within the delivery range shown in their app, their app chose the Strathcona shop for me based on my location, and my card was already charged before the order was rejected. I told him I’d been ordering delivery from this location regularly for more than a year, but he insisted this has always been their policy and refused to take my order.Just know that if you order online through their app/website (which they encourage) they will charge your card whether they accept your order or not and it’s on you to make sure the refund is actually processed. If you ask for a refund for any items they forget (which is a regular occurrence), you will have to wait until a manager is available to do that. Then you’ll have to call back three more times that week to get someone to actually do it because it keeps getting missed somehow.It’s too bad because the food is pretty good and I prefer to support places with in-house delivery, but I’m tired of being charged for food I never receive and having to continually follow up with them to resolve their issues. I won’t be ordering again.*edit* I’m not looking for compensation - these issues have been ongoing for some time and I’ve already attempted multiple times to resolve them directly with the business. It shouldn’t take a public negative review to motivate a business to care about their customers’ experience.

The options are endless. You can choose from a wide variety of flavors among the best of Thai, Vietnam, Malaysia, HongKong originated dishes, for reasonable price and speedy service. Open seating is quite relax when I was there for the few visits off peak hours. I imagine they would be busy at lunch rush. I will need to visit many more times to taste all my favorites they have to offer as the portions are decent in my opinion. Make room for a HongKong style hot (red/black) tea with lemon 檸檬茶 if you need to enhance digestion.

Great place to go for a quick bite! We had the preserved cabbage and pork noodles with vermicelli, and the peanut Hong Kong styled toast - both delicious. The Hong Kong lemon tea was not too sweet and refreshing!

Came with hubby to try it out, and was a rather delicious noodle bowl. Teriyaki chicken for him, and teriyaki beef myself. Business was steady, and turnaround on the food is quick despite having it come out piping hot and freshly cooked, which is great!Had a lovely meal, and would definitely go again, or order takeout (or Skip, or Uber Eats, both if which seem rather popular for people to order from here and have delivered by)

Feb 5, 2023 visit:I'm not sure what happened within the last 3 weeks of visiting but the quality of food has drastically worsened; however, the service and atmosphere remains to be the same.Let's go over the food-Haiwanese chicken rice: Chicken looks dull and not fresh. The quantity of chicken has also decreased - it's almost all bones.Shredded pork crispy noodle: worse compared with what was received last visit. Slurry was too thick, everything was mushy. Flavor is still somewhat there.Black pepper beef spaghetti: lacked depth of flavor. The taste of black pepper was overpowering and concealed the taste of any other ingredients in the dish. Music is not too loud. Table space is spacious.Food:Tom yum noodle soup: great lemongrass flavor; not too much msg. Quantity of noodles is a bit subpar. Decent amount of ingredients (got the shrimp version and got 5 shrimps).Haiwanese chicken rice: chicken is a bit dry, but chicken flavor is there. Rice was good - not dry.Shredded pork crispy noodle: great crispy noodle base, flavor is good.

Delicious food with great hospitality1. My favourite dishes are Korean Beef with fried rice and Pad Thai.2. Well decorated3. Every item is $2 lesser than skip or uber eats listed price.

Ordered a bowl that cost me $16 to dine in. Wanted a drink but counter person said pop fountain wasn't working and they didn't have any cans of soda just juice. So I asked for a cup of water. Counter worker gave me a small cup and charged me $1.70!! FOR WATER that is basically tap water out of their soda machine. Really? I mean I get that if I didn't order any food and was asking for water, not to mention the drink machine wasn't dispensing soda anyways. How hard up for money is Rice Bowl that you charge for tap water that is free. If its the cost of a cup, I am pretty sure each cup isn't $1.70!! Food is usually good and service is ok.

It's not bad for what it is ... Asian food on the cheap but not fast food quality.The price is reasonable when I ordered Gangnam Chicken Bowl, 4 piece Korean Fried chicken with sauce and pop for $23.55. There are different dishes ranging from Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thailand etc. They even have a lot of side dishes such as dumplings, crispy pork, Korean fried chicken and stir fry vegetables etc.The Gangnam chicken is crispy and the sauce goes well with the rice. Just wish there was a bit more rice as the container is too big. The 4 piece chicken is good as well. It is cooked to order so you get a crispy crunch when you bite on the chicken. Though you do not need the sauce as it is good on its own. However I wish the sauce was a bit spicy but I guess not a lot of customers will order it if it is spicy.My friend recommended to buy the Hong Kong style Ice Tea. I bought it for takeout. Its not bad because the iced tea is not very sweet. Just right amount of sweetness. I also tried my friend's Hong Kong style milk tea. Again not too sweet but I prefer iced tea more.I may buy HK style iced again.

Lovely staff and generous portions for the price paid.Food was great!Clean bathroom with an added wash/sanitation area between both bathrooms. Appreciated that.Will most definitely go back!
