Pet's Paradise at Bridgwater

I absolutely love Pet's Paradise! All of the staff are very friendly, and highly educated. They are well attentive to the dogs and my dog Eddie loves it! He has come along way since he first attended and I am extremely impressed! I first had my doubts in deciding to add him to daycare but I know that Pet's Paradise keeps all dogs in a very controlled & safe environment. I highly reccommend if you are looking for training/quality care for your furry family member!

Olivia did the grooming for my puppy, and I’m 10000% satisfied with the service.That’s the before& after, definitely worth it.

Hurt my dogs ear and tail, also they charge $180 for my shizu, will never come back again.

AMAZING! I highly recommend. This is the best experience we have had with a groomer in twenty years of having dogs.First off, I phoned and the service was stellar. They were caring, helpful, and clearly were concerned about my dog.My dog was quite matted. They groomed her beautifully. I have small dogs and they have always found getting groomed traumatic and stressful. My dogs are also anxious to begin with.Unbelievable. We came to pick up our dog and she was so happy! She seemed happy and comfortable at the groomer building. Not stressed at all. This is a significant contrast to shaking, being upset with us and tremendously stressed.This really is the best groomer I’ve encountered in years of dog ownership. It is clear they care about customer service, about the well being of the dogs and are good at what they do!Thank you so much!

I used Pet Paradise - Bridgewater location for the first time for my two year old dog. They have injured his both the ears and there are rashes all over his body. Not recommended at all !! Groomer did not seem to be comfortable with dogs !!

Preet Sandhu, I took my 7 lb Chihuahua there yesterday and was very pleased with the wonderful full grooming he was given & the extent of friendly and polite staff. I have to add one thing regrettably that for such a nice place it lack’s convenient Handicap parking altogether. I have suggestion for the admins to use the empty space on side right next to the building for 3 handicap parking spots as it is unsafe for seniors to get there in winter time especially if the small dog needs to be carried in a kennel as they cannot walk in the cold as well. The larger dogs are safe to walk on the ice and snow in the cold weather but smaller ones with the senior owners have a huge problem right now due to the lack of accessibility problems.

We have sent our dog here multiple times and have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff is highly educated, they have a 1-10 staff to dog ratio unlike most places who allow 50 dogs and 2 staff. They definitely believe in quality service and safety. We love them!

This place shocked me! The professionals that came to do my dog's behavior assessment made me feel like my dog was safe at this daycare and the grooming was great, the price was a little high but it's 2023 and I understand and accept that! Recommend this place!

Great service and cute atmosphere, it was very quick to get my dogs nails trimmed and she’s usually not a huge fan of getting them done. Staff was very friendly and helpful while booking an appointment!
