Ann's Flowers

Came in a scurry looking for last minute flowers for Mother’s Day. Virginia was super helpful in putting a last minute bouquet.

I was the recipient of a gift from a close friend, who advised after I received the flowers, that it was completely different from what she ordered. I left a voicemail advising the store of my experience and has yet to receive a follow up call in regards to my issue. I’m hopeful that I will be contacted to settle this matter, to ensure I receive the correct item.

My boyfriend got me a bouquet from here for Valentine's Day and it was absolutely gorgeous! Such a stunning arrangement of fresh flowers and they are lasting so long. They mixed in some flowers that have yet to bloom and the arrangement is stunning. So happy with how they look.

My significant other ordered a bouquet through the online order form for me as he was overseas.Ann tries very hard to fulfill many orders and I admire her work ethic, but she should look into hiring help around holidays, as she personally delivered the bouquet to the wrong address and does not seem to be able to handle rush seasons.I was unpleasantly surprised that she was extremely rude to me (she had called me earlier to find out the buzzer number and was fine on the phone the first time)- she was defensive as if she did nothing wrong; made excuses about being tired (hence why maybe she needs to hire help); tried shifting the blame on the building, the person at the (wrong) door, AND my significant other; ALSO she made personal comments about my significant other. She also refused to talk to me when I told her I was upset and said she only wanted to talk to the person who made the order (who was overseas).This is unacceptable, because a business owner is ultimately responsible for business, and kindness is what is expected from service.She did offer to cancel the order or deliver again the next day. She never apologized. I would suggest she also hire someone to answer the phones.Judging from other reviews, this is quite common. It seems service is good if everything goes right and its terrible if there's even one thing wrong (which as a business owner, she should plan for).Luckily the person who received them was kind enough to bring them over. The flowers themselves were fresh and unbroken. I do not know if they were as advertised or if the quantity was relevant to the price.

My auntie lives in Toronto and I live in England and it was her wedding anniversary so I decided to send her some flowers. Found Anne's flowers on Google and placed my order. My auntie was very pleased with them and sent me a photograph. But for the money that I paid nearly 90 dollars when I saw the amount of flowers I was slightly disappointed. But they were delivered on time.

The bouquet I received for my birthday was so beautiful that I was speechless. The design and choice of flowers and their freshness was perfect. It lasted over a week and now 12 days later I still have some flowers still blooming. Will definite order from Ann's in the future.

I have been ordering flowers from Ann’s Flowers for a while now, some great work! Recently we had a wedding and I had to order flowers two days before the wedding, she provided amazing service without hesitation ! The flowers were perfect and she was so accommodating that she same a few hours before opening just to provide the flowers to me! Overall a 10/10 experience, couldn’t be happier! ☺️

The worst experience ever. I paid $135 for a beautiful birds of paradise arrangement, then had it delayed by almost a week from my selected delivery window before I received a notice that said delivered. But it never arrived! I’ve been attempting to get a hold of the company to ask for a refund and they will not return my calls, messages or emails. They charged my credit card though!

So thankful for the quick service we received! I submitted the order late last night and had to have it today. The lovely lady was so accommodating and nice and the flowers looked really good!

Sent flowers for a customer as thank you and to wish them well for chemo. I did not see the flowers but my customer was thrilled and happy. Thats all that counts for me.
