Calligaris Electronic Technologies

Had an Xplornet issue so I called and they made up a work order last June. First off Xplornet sent these folks when there was a fellow 10 minutes away in Yarker who on a subsequent visit managed to fix things for us. Calligaris charged us 100 dollars for a trip they say was 106 km return. From there address to ours has three routes two of which were under 100 km so they went the long way down to the 401 and made it I suppose worth their while. Then they never fixed anything and said it was trees. I repeatedly had told Xplornet and Calligaris when they were here it always failed when it rained then worked when the sun came out. It went on for Months and finally the chap locally here did change it and realign the modem and put it on a higher pipe to assist in making it stable. Most of all It is so annoying that Calligaris charges Xplornet for the call but then charge me 100 dollars for a trip that the employee took the long route getting here. Nice set up.
