Asif was fantastic to deal with, he was very accommodating with my varying work schedule. He helped me re purchase my house from my ex girlfriend and completed the buyout very smoothly and timely. He also offered an extremely fair price and was so easy to deal with. He always got what was needed throughout the process done in a timely manner so the next step in the process could be completed on time. Asif deserves every bit of my 5 star review and I would strongly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation I went through.

I did not end up using their services but I did not have a good experience on the phone when I called to inquire about notary pricing. They were able to provide me pricing over the phone but when I said I’ll think about it they just hung up on me. I do not know how they treat their actual clients but their phone etiquette needs a lot of improvement.

Was quick to answer and solve my questions. I had a very small time frame to get all of my paperwork in order. Asif was able to help me answer all questions related to property possession in a timely and effective manner. I learnt a lot throughout the process as well. I was never made to feel small, even though I didn't know much about home ownership.

We had multiple issues with our purchase and he accommodated us in so many ways taking the extra time to be sure our purchase was completed.Our purchase was out of province for us being from BC and we couldn't have found a better person to work with! Asif stayed late kept in touch with us through every part of our transaction and when we could not complete on time do to lender errors he was there every step of the way keeping us calm and informed. if we ever need to use this office in the future we will with out hesitation.
