Worst company to deal with. They sold junk printer to me. The machine is giving trouble since day 1.Never worked properly. No after sales service. Never ever buy anything from them.

Very bad customer service after you made purchase from them. No technician showed up after 10 days and more than ten calls to their office. They made you signed up their credit card authorization form before they will give you a quote. But no quote has been provided, no returning calls and no service been scheduled.

I had my first machine with them over 10 years ago. During the years I have had up to 5 machines at the same time from them. There were good ones and bad ones". There is one thing I highly recommend

I've been using this company for the past 5 years. I highly recommend them. They have a lot of MDF machines to choose from, they can assist with the technical aspects of setting-up the machine, such as scan to email or to folder, which avoids us having to get our I.T. people on site to do that. There's rarely been an issue requiring one of their technicians to repair the machine but when there has, they've sent someone same day.

We've been using CP Office printing machines and services for years. We are pleased with their quick, reliable services and cost effective machines.Their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable, I strongly recommend doing business with CP Office.

**DO NOT TRUST CP SOLUTIONS**Our company paid $7000, for a Xerox copier from this company. We were assured this was the right machine for our needs. This was the first lie that we came to see after their technician Chris (their only honest employee) pointed out it was not the right machine.After (2) years we have a copier that does not align any double sided jobs. CP Solutions sent out their best technician, and he tested the machine for hours and concluded that there was an internal alignment issue that was not repairable.Bill Shen, promised us months ago we would have our machine replaced to make good. This has not happened, and all he keeps doing is putting us off in hopes we will just go away.If anyone is even thinking about dealing with CP Solutions you must think twice. We completely regret trusting Bill Shen and his company. We have all the correspondence (promises he made) so if anyone would like to see these documents feel free to email our office.*We have many vendors that truly stand behind their products, and make good when things go wrong. Over the years we have had to take losses and keep our clients happy. This is why our reviews are positive.

We are a printing company operated in the Toronto area for over 17 years. We used CP Office Solution for the past 5 years, so far they are the most reliable servicing supplier we've found over the years!Currently leasing 4 production printing machines with CP, they have been servicing them so well that our customers are very happy with the quality of our products. Thanks to CP for offering such good machines and great service to keep up the quality. They responded quickly to all service calls, usually would able to come fix the problem on the same day. In certain rare circumstances when the problem could not be fixed, they replaced with another machine all at their expense.We recommend CP Office Solution to anyone who is either looking to lease a digital printer or servicing your existing printer. Bill Shen is the one you should talk to for trustworthy opinions.

**DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT.**If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Customer service is absolutely terrible, if you actually are fortunate enough to speak to someone in their office. In our experience, they prefer to keep you on hold for extended periods of time, or they ignore your phone and email communication, or they pretend they never received your email.CP technicians appear to be ill-equipped to provide the support and expertise promised, and arrive to the job site without the necessary tools and materials to complete the job. Most recently, one of the technicians stood LAUGHING at me as I unsuccessfully tried to re-route a phone line through the ceiling. I was standing on my desk, materials all over the place, it was 5:30 on a Friday night and he had arrived after 4:30 pm, long after our requested installation window. There was no offer of assistance or even an attempt to offer a solution. He just stood there, laughing at the entire situation ... this was AFTER a glass picture frame and potted plant had come smashing down onto the office floor -- broken glass and dirt everywhere.The machine we were using was terrible. It had toner issues" and a variety of other problems. It never worked correctly
