I have shopped at Factory Direct for years. They have some interesting products to offer sometimes I find their prices are better than mainstream discount stores. Today I bought a weighted blanket and a USB C front port. They are definitely following covid guidelines and the staff are very helpful and courteous. I recommend the store for your shopping needs especially in the areas of electronics because their prices are very good.

The food at Moxie's in Whitby was excellent and presented with flair. The problem comes from the ambient sounds. It is difficult to carry on a conversation with background radio music and radio chatter as loud as it is. Add to that, wearing hearing aids confounds the issue for clients. It became apparent, when respectfully asked to lower the speakers, given there were only 3 tables occupied at the time, they explained it was not possible. I have always trusted accommodation for hearing impairment as a small but achievable request. The young people working there saw the request as a nuisance. Despite the guality of the food, I cannot suggest returning or even recommending the Moxie's Liverpool Road location.

Not a great experience. I came in to exchange something that was missing pieces. I was there waiting for about 20 minutes before being seen. Took another 10 for the cashier staff to get the exchange entered correctly. Some good deals in the store, but be prepared to wait if you come on a day with inexperienced staff.

The managers here seem to always go above and beyond. Knowledgeable staff is ready to answer any questions we have. Repeat customer, happy to shop there! Just wish they had a little more merchandise available in store! Website up to date for shopping regarding stock so that is very helpful!

Some deals can be had here but for the most part everything is refurbished or reconditioning and will probably break a lot faster then if you bought it new. The selection of phones and tablets are extremely overpriced and aren't that up to date. Would highly do your research before investing your money buying anything here

If your looking for descent quality items this is the place to go . I have been buying all my electronics here for 5 years now I have yet to be disappointed . Recently bought a tablet from a brand I had never heard of before . The screen quality is crisp with amazing storage capacity

They have a lot of great products at decent points! As well, customer service is excellent. Management and staff will always make it their priority to help whether it is in finding items or quickly dealing with a product issue. Great place to shop for electronics, gadgets and toys. Check them out if you haven't yet.
