Uptown Grooming has been a loyal and helpful groomer for our dog for years. I know there is a wait list for new furry friends, but once your paw is in the door, expect a dedicated and experienced team to take care of you. Despite cancelations or reschedules due to pandemic and emergency vet situations, the team at Uptown has been flexible and reasonable in getting our Willow in as soon as possible, and they always do a great job when they see her!

Very personable staff who love their pets! They are extremely patient with the extra vocal, non-cooperative or nervous nellies.There are little safety zones set up for the wee ones who don’t feel like socializing who need a break from it all too! Love these gals. They do good work!

My dog (a collie) who is scared of most places LOVES coming here. She actually gets excited when we arrive. They have made the experience so good for her that even when she comes for a nail trim (which I could never do at home because she is so scared of it) she is calm and leaves happy. Also really great prices. Very happy with the quality of service we have received.

They are the absolute best in the city. My boy Jinxy loves them.

The gals are all super friendly. We have had Laurie grooming our dog for well over a year and she does a great job and it's evident the love their job. Would highly recommend, but they are busy and you need to book well in advance.

Popular place so plan ahead for bookings. Super friendly staff and my dog loves it here. She is excited to spend time with the groomers.

I take my longhaired Chi here for a nail trim every 6 weeks. They treat her with such care and love because she is tiny and not fond of the nail trims! I feel very lucky to have a place I can take her to with people who appreciate her delicate nature. Customer service is impeccable they are friendly, warm and incredibly BUSY. The pressures of a public only focused on their own tiny world and trying to please every single customer must be difficult on a business especially during COVID times. Lots of love.

Absolutely amazing staff, they are so kind and caring and truly love and take care of the animals. My dog is very nervous and a super anxious guy who everyone has issues with getting his nails clipped but not these guys! Amazing :) highly recommend!

Will never return to this place! I got my dog home and she was totally spooked! She will not go outside to go to the bathroom unless we put her on her leash to go for a walk, and her back is hurt and is going to the vet tomorrow. I left a message to let them know to cancel any upcoming appointments, and you would think that if they were good business people they would have called right right back to find out what was going on, but I have yet to hear back from them. Would NOT recommend this place at all!!!! All of this after the last time I brought her there and picked her up with a bleeding nail and a missing colar that I had to go and pick up from another customers house! My mistake for giving this place a second chance! Won't happen again!
