A worst place that I have ever been. brought a dress for by daughter. I wanted to return a dress in 2 weeks never been used, tried once but was tight. have original receipt with me. but dint had tag attached to the dress. so they refused to return it. I did not ask for refund also, was replacing a bigger size dress for her.very worst customer service experience, Don't know how to deal with guest, as if they are only the one store in the market.but never going back there again....

I had almost lost hope with Children's Place. I've had such bad customer service at 3 different etobicoke/mississauga locations, until now. Kim was a gem and the selection great. My new children's place location!

Thank you Fareeda, Avneet & store manager ! Awesome customer service I received at heartland Children place(Mississauga) location after having worst experience with ONLINE customer care. During my visit to store last month they spent good amount of time in resolving an issue with online shopping.

Worst behaviour exhibited by staff . I was in there on weekend with my toddler who was walking around the store and one of the clothes fel down from rack jus fr a millisecond after he touched it to feel the cloth which could happen to any adult and the store employee came at us stating to control my child .I was standing right next to my child and picked the dress immediately back. We know how to handle our kids and does not need such harsh behaviour and worst case if that cloth was really not handled by my kid properly we would have bough it . Such a cold and unprofessional behaviour ..my child was happily dancing to the music in store and going around but all of our mood was really spoiled by this staff behaviour. Do not advise going in to this store with child for shopping alas but they named it as Childrens place …

Childrens place at heartland is a fantastic store to shop for your young ones. This store has a very large variety and fits for kids of different requirements. Good staff, good selection and great location. Highly recommend it

Avoid this place at all cost... Very very very worst customer service. I had a damaged item and I had the tag but not the receipt. I read online that without receipt I could still exchange. I saw it was damaged after cutting the tag. But immediately noticed and went to the store for an exchange having the tag with me. The manager was very rude and said she cannot exchange a damaged item. I bough it for full price CAD 16.95... Are you kidding me??? An exchange would have been great. She was definitely not helpful and rude to the core. And the gloves ripped into holes when I tried to cut the dangling fuzzball of strings in the center. Can you believe people a glove worth CAD 16.95 ripping without a single use??? Did anyone heard of it even? Children's place is losing a all time big customer because of POOR QUALITY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER AT THIS STORE. Never Never never again!!!!

Worst place to shop for kids. The most rude store manager ive ever come across. Staff was more thsn people in store still was a lineup. When asked why doesnt she open another bill station she had audacity to say its my store i can do whatever hell" i want to. The same was experienced by lady in front if us trying to return some items. When asked for name she refuse to give it and even wasnt wearing a badge. She was far stupid than she looked for sure. Rude

I went there couple of weeks back on weekday, there was no rush. and the staff was nice and helpful. It was my first time in this store, though I shop online all the time. so I had no idea where to look for stuff. She was super nice and walked me over to the shelves by herself. She even chatted with me for few mins about sizes and stock, coz I was not finding the right size for my skinny girl. I am going back soon, and hoping they have the sizes in stock this time
