I take my kid to swimming lessons here. They make good use of the small space they have and the classes are good. They have no boot racks though so it's just dirt and mud when trying to get yo your boots in bare feet. The change rooms are also gross as there was hair and dirt on the floor.Update they now have boot racks and cleaned mud floor.

The schedule manager should be fired. They simply don't Think ". They stick all the adults in 2 lanes normally while the rest of the pool is full of screaming kids. The adults tend to start arguing and the city staff does nothing. Recently the Clueless Schedule management changed the lane swims to bad odd hours. Not good for when your supposed to be at work. Again they didn't "Think". They may feel they are smart and feel they are doing something good

It's a humble pool with a few lanes 1 diving board, 1 rope, 1 slide and a large toddler pool that's warm enough to keep a baby comfortable. The change rooms are decent and we'll maintained. There are some peculiar rules so you may get the whistle blown till you know them. The staff and lifeguards are friendly

Pretty nice! My kids were able to pass many levels of swimming. Just a little dirty in the showers, but would be recommended for some people!

Love everything about the new pool but do not like Donna the Aquafit Instructor. She pushes you to follow her even if you are incapable of doing it.

This is a VERY small place. They only have 2 showers and 2 separate change rooms in the women's area, but at least there are benches throughout. I'm allowed to bring my boys as long as they're under the age of 7. The family area has 4 or 5 showers where people are forced to change in as well so others are stuck waiting for a shower as people are changing. There are 2 separate change rooms and benches only near the entrance where fully clothed people tend to sit. The shower water is cold, not even lukewarm. There is soap on the wall. The girl at the front is unsmiling and is clearly going through something. The swim instructors/staff were fantastic and engaging however.

Nicely renovated. But not clean. The change rooms had used diapers on the floor. The glass partitions between the Pool and seating area are filthy with salt deposit. Definitely haven’t been cleaned

I was there and asked for Leisure Access Application Form. The receptionist on that day is a southeast Asian woman, and as an Asian myself, I was first happy to see her.But it turned out to be the WORST experience i have had so far in Edmonton. You can just tell that she is not welcoming and rather resentful for no reason when dealing with us. After learning that we were there to apply for the program as new immigrants, she asked for my PR card and proof of address. She then refused to accept e-copy as my address proof and insisted that the next time around, i should bring AS MANY paper proofs (utility bills, banking statement, etc.) as i can so she can verify my address. This is totally unnecessary according to the LAP policy posted on the city of Edmonton website, and is total non-sense for any reasonable adult to believe in. I didn't confront her on site because i don't want to make a scene. But i think it is important to remind her and others alike that having a kind heart and don't fool people around are basic human traits.
