I have found the staff is very pleasant, the dinning area is clean and the food is good! It is standard for McDonald's food, but exactly what you'd expect for fast food. The service is amazing though!

I work nights and commute on my bike. I stopped by for a meal at 1:00AM and the dining room was closed so I went to the drive through. I was refused service because I was not in a motor Vehicle. There where three pickup trucks in the drive through that were served. In Alberta you need to drive a jacked up dodge ram to get service at Mc Donalds

my friend was accused of stealing, yet we were the only people in the restaurant. we were laughed at when we asked to get our orders rights and one man even lied to us about our receipts. they would not give us receipts, not because the machine was broken but because they just didn’t. atrocious service. if i could rate in the negatives i would.

Ordered curbside pickup and they didn't have the muffins I wanted so that's fine I ordered different muffins. Employee was very apologetic and nice. My full order came out and a Big Mac was missing. I called that McDonald's and they brought my big Mac out and also gave me a coupon for a free large burger. The place was extremely busy so I understand why mistakes can be made. I will definitely return.

The young man that served us was very polite and puts the fast in fast food. He rushed around serving customers and getting them their orders so quickly. My fries were piping hot and the big mac was delicious. Thanks for making my lunch today!!

bic mac burger now bun iether getting bigger or patties much smaller than bun almost 1/2inch small than bread .all food industries raise price shrink foods.not going to mc doanlds any more..change ur advertise pics so meat dont show.

there was 10 easy orders from my friends and i, and they messed up every single one of them. one girl had no egg in EGG MCMUFFINS. no cheese in quarter pounder and cheese. one girl didn’t get her receipt and they accused her of stealing even though her bank had proof of purchase, a milkshake wasn’t stirred and people just stood around on their phones in the back.

I have been here approximately 20 times. They have NEVER got my order right. Now we just go for fun, to see how they will screw up. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. One time, they said we actually had to ask for egg in the egg McMuffin. Since when does an egg McMuffin come without egg?

I have order from here at least a handful of times and I think maybe twice they got the order right. So I have phoned to complain and the manager dont give 2 hoots what customers have to say when they phone in to complain worst McDonald’s ever they should of never put a McDonald’s in Devon. So annoyed with them if I could give them a zero star that is for sure what they deserve.
