CleanFirst Restoration

CleanFirst was hired (March 16, 2023) for Fan-Coil remediation, specifically for 'mold damage restoration/mold mitigation/mold cleaning' at a luxury condo suite in downtown Toronto, Canada. The team from CleanFirst arrived on time at the condo site, and completed their work in utmost professional manner over a period of four hours. After completion of their work, they cleaned up the work area, vacuumed the surface, and removed all debris.A day later, CleanFirst provided me with 'before & after' photos along with a Certificate of Work & Warranty, and an invoice.I was charged exactly what we had agreed on and I was most pleased with their service. Their service made a significant improvement as far as mold mitigation and damage restorations are concerned! Superior quality products were used and the restoration was thorough and totally satisfactory.I WOULD RECOMMEND CleanFirst without any reservation!! They are young team, thoroughly professional, committed to task at hands, cooperative and diligent!! CleanFirst had demonstrated a great deal of integrity to the task were assigned to.I wish CleanFirst and their 'Team of Excellence' continued success.

I can't say enough about Louis and his team at CleanFirst. I hired them last year for a small abetment in my home. The prospect of removing asbestos was scary, and it had to be done in a time to keep my other contractors on schedule. Louis took the time to answer all my questions clearly and put me at ease.The actual services were amazing. His team was on time, professional, and very clean. When I offered them a tip, they actually declined and said they were well taken care of by the company.Needless to say, I highly recommend CleanFirst.

Hello I had an issue when I first moved in my new place with some mold in my fancoil and contacted CleanFirst. They came the following day to do the assessment (no charge) and the same day I was sent a detailed report (with pictures) on how and what exactly needed to be fixed. They were professional and extremely efficient in helping me deal with this quickly. Thank you for your great service!

Michael was very diligent in doing an air quality test before recommending an appropriate course of action with a very reasonable quote. His team did a fantastic job cleaning up the fan coil, and also cleaned up the vents in my 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus living and dining room spaces at no extra cost. Michael and his team always asked before doing anything so there were no surprises. Would highly recommend!

I interviewed 5 or 6 companies for mold remediation/removal after finding a bad leak in my house. I spoke with Michael who was professional, knowledgeable and on time for a scheduled on-site visit. He offered his professional opinion on what needed to be done. He accommodated my schedule. He and his team resolved the issue and conducted a follow-up to ensure the mold was completely removed. We were in the process of major home renovations when we discovered we had asbestos in our ceiling and walls. Michael and his team did fantastic job removing the drywall and cleaning up. I showed it to my project manager and even though they see this all the time, they were also impressed how cleanly they did the job. I highly recommend this company. Great quality, on time, on budget, professional and they were very responsive.

From start to finish great company to work with. Michael was the best; super responsive and caring which is not usually the case with trades. I normally don’t post positive or negative feedback about companies I’ve used in the past but this is one I would gladly recommend. Thanks!Edit: Although we ran into an issue with one out of the three fan coil units and had to unfortunately replace it making Cleanfirst’s work void, Michael reached out to remedy the situation which was very much appreciated. This is a company that stands by what they do and put the customer first! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Michael was amazing! He was so responsive and understanding and helped us solve our mold issues right away. He was also great answering all of our questions. Will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone else!
