I had a great experience today. I am just starting to get into running on a more regular basis and thought it was long past due that I get new shoes. Decided to get an assessment and the woman was helpful and patient with me. Tried on 9 pairs of shoes and finally settled on one. The price was a little higher than I was expecting but the great customer service made it worth while. The 2 staff members ensured the store was clean and sanitized which was also comforting. Thank You!

They came highly recommended and both my mum and I needed new shoes for work. We worked with Maureen and Kelly who were both professional and engaging. Very friendly and helpful. We both found something based on their suggestions and it worked out great. Will definitely be returning there when I need new shoes.

Service is great. Limited assortment of brands on certain products. Pushed their brand. Prices are reasonable compared to other running stores in Durham and Toronto.

I ran the HALF in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon (my first official event in two decades). I did way better than I'd anticipated, and Sue at the Pickering Running Room deserves at least some of the credit. :-)So much had changed since I bought my last pair of running shoes, and Sue was extremely informative and patient as I tried many shoes until we found the right pair for me. She also offered some helpful race day strategies which I was able to use.Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff !. Everytime I have gone there, I have been helped (even if I didnt end up buying, it didnt seem to matter). I still got the same great service. They always try to help make the choices easier. Shoe shopping is always hard for me as shoes keep changing by models but Running room makes it a lot easier.

Have bought 3 pairs of running shoes from this store in the past 6 months. The service was exceptional. Found the right pair of shoes for all of us. They even wiped down every shoe they showed us and that we touched before we left. Would highly recommend this store and this staff
