Penny is an amazing person and coach! She’s encouraging, fun to be around, and extremely knowledgeable in regards to sports and nutrition. I’ve been boxing with Penny for a few months and it’s the best thing I’ve even done. Her program has given me confidence and I see marked improvement in my technique from week to week. As a woman, I appreciate working with another woman, especially one as strong and supportive as Penny. I 100% recommend working with Penny no matter what your fitness and or health goals are.

Penny is such an amazing yoga instructor! I so appreciate her welcoming, non-intimidating approach. She always offers a beginner, intermediate or more advanced version of a pose. I also love that she opens and closes her practice with an intention. Each practice provides a great sense of Penny-zen.

Penny is the definition of an oasis of knowledge paired with a beautiful energy and a kind heart. Take her yoga classes - she delivers her practice in a fierce but calm manner, challenging her students to attempt various poses but without any harm or danger to their bodies (through her gentle nudges and cues). I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to practice with her, she has made a tremendous impact on my life. Keep shining!

Penny is the kindest, gentlest instructor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She always offers all levels of yoga instruction, modifications if needed and is so entirely encouraging. We always have some laughs, the class is stress free and I really love that she always sets an intention for the class and ends them, leaving you peaceful and refreshed ☺️

Penny is such a joy to work with. Professional, supportive, and so knowledgeable! Her passion for boxing and introducing women to the sport is so encouraging. I have been boxing with Penny for a little over 6 months now and her attention to safety and proper form has not only supported my skill development but further my interest in the sport.
