I took my Ram into CarStar Mount Forest to get the inside of the box touched up and the top of the tailgate painted. The body work in the box doesn't match the other side. The holes too small. They broke my tailgate topper and just epoxyed it back on which didn't hold. Instead of just replacing it. After I complained they gave me a new one. Now there's huge blobs of epoxy under the topped that I had to scrap down for topper to fit. This truck is MINT now it has epoxy that drives me crazy on a mint gate. Not impressed

Nobody likes to go to a body shop. But the folks at Carstar Mount Forest were helpful and honest. The work they did on my Grand Caravan left it looking better than before the accident.Because my vehicle was drive able I was able to get a couple of quotes. Carstar were over a thousand dollars less than the other prices and were able to get the work done in about one third of the time quoted by the other shops. And the work totally pleases me. It was done well and right.If I need a body shop again I will be back.

In my opinion, there are businesses that promote themselves as companies where the customer is their number 1 priority and that our needs care. Far too often, they fall short of their statement for a myriad of reasons and mediocrity is once again accepted. I am proud to have chosen Carstar Mount Forest as they took my misfortune and made it their mission to resolve. With a fast turn around needed to ensure our future plans were not impacted, Dave, Melanie and the repair team made miracles happen and everything was fixed beyond our expectations. I am so thankful for every member of the Mount Forest team as they assumed ownership for my problem and made it theirs to get us on the road again. Highly recommending this team of professionals all day long. The customer’s happiness is clearly their mission and they proved it. For me, it does not get much better.

Dave is wonderful to deal with and Melanie is such a sweetheart. We have had to go to twice to Dave for repairs and each time he was very helpful and had our car back to us very quickly. Mount Forest is very fortunate to have them.
