Steve and Elaine a great example of how working with general contractors can save you time and money, and provide you with top quality workmanship.We had a couple contractors who either over quoted because they didn't want the job, or flat out didn't follow up. Our job was a daunting one with many different challenges to overcome.From day one Steve and Elaine made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They helped during the design process with great ideas, and it was obvious that their only goal was our satisfaction. During the renovations, they were clean, courteous, and professional. If there was anything we weren't 100% satisfied with, it was promptly remedied without question or hesitation.Even after the job was done, and we had an issue with drainage in our new bathroom, Steve came back to help, despite the issue being no fault of theirs.TL:DR - Hire Sound Renovations for any job you might have. You'll be glad you did.

Getting help from Steve couple is a good experience. There were several tweaks made during our basement Reno he was able to try the best to solve the problem we face. The advices he gave were fair and honest, that's very important qualities we wanted and he exceeded our expectations and we are glad to get his team work on our project.

Steve did an awesome job installing a railing on the inside wall leading down into our living room, plus he extended the existing rail and he also made the steps a little bit wider so that my dad could place his walker on the step safely so we don’t have to worry about dad losing his balance on the stairs. Steve did everything to make it easier and safer.I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again. They were kind , courteous and very professional.

When I moved into my home 11 years ago, the only thing missing was a bathtub. Over the past few years, I had contacted 3 other contractors who basically told me it couldn't be done the way I wanted. So being a person who doesn't give up easily, I searched the web and found Sound Renovations. I read their reviews which were all very good so I took the next step and called them. I was greeted by a very professional, upbeat and friendly voice (Elaine). We set up a time for the initial consultation with her husband Steve. During the consultation Steve listened to what I had in mind for the reno and worked with me to come up with a doable plan to bring my dream to reality. I can't say enough about Steve and his assistant Luke - always on time, adaptable to any situation and made sure I was happy with everything throughout the renovation. Basically, I couldn't be happier with the result (a total transformation of my bathroom as you can see from the before and after pics). If you are thinking of remodeling any room in your home I strongly recommend Sound Renovations !!
