Absolute worst service I have ever recieved I would not recommend them

I recently purchased new snowmobile riding gear and a helmet from George at the Carp Rd location service department. George was awesome to deal with and was as concerned with me getting the best gear for my needs as he was with making a sale. I would highly recommend dealing with George for the parts and accessories that you might need. Thank you George!

I took my boat in to have the performance exhaust fixed last week. My first clue should have been that they had to call to ask me what I wanted done (they had no idea what a captains call exhaust was). I brought it into them with an electrical issue. They proceeded to spend an hour diagnosing the issue as needing to pull my exhaust risers apart. We told them to leave it alone and we would come pick it up. For this insightful service, I got charged an hour labour at $138, plus $30 in shop materials and environmental fees (i.e markup). When I picked it up, they admitted that they had spent no time looking at the electrical. I brought the boat home and figured out the issue in an hour using the mfg. website. Sure enough, it was an electrical issue. Judging by recent reviews, theses guys don't seem to know how to repair boats, or any other type or recreational product.

I phoned them today asking a very simple question for a Marine tech concerning a leak I have through a little hole on the bottom valve assembly of my old 80's trim pump. He insisted I bring the part in after I sent him a very detailed picture of the leak through a tiny hole. We're talking about a 1hr drive for me which is very unreasonable and in my opinion very unthoughtful to ask of someone, to the point of insulting.Pride Marine have very little empathy towards their customers. All they care about is their time and Money, Money, Money. Don't waste your time with this greedy business.I have written them off my list and advise anyone else to do the same. Don't do business with them. I can't even give a single star rating to them but I guess I have to in order to leave this review.

Terrible service department.Technician broke part, and it ended up costing me more than the boat was worth to get it repaired.But it's not even that as much as the way they handle it. Just call you up and say, Oh yeah

I took my boat in to have the stern drive bellows replaced. 3 months later they say they are still waiting for parts. I obtained the part number and ordered it my self and had it the next day. Then they said it would be ready the following Monday/ Tuesday. On Wednesday I went in to find out what was happening and they now said it would be ready Thursday. When I picked up the boat I asked for some feedback from the tech on the state of the old bellows. They promised they would call me the next day to give me that feedback before I launched the boat on the weekend. They never did. Don’t believe them, don’t rely on them, don’t trust them. I don’t know how they manage to stay in business. If you have an option for service any where else take it.

Purchased a consignment 2016 Scarab 165 HO with only 12 hours of use. The boat was inspected by one of their licensed mechanic. Here is a list of the issues overlooked and then discovered upon taking delivery and within the first hours of operation.1: engine coolant reservoir was empty(at delivery)2: engine oil crank case overfilled (at delivery)3: Boat mechanical steering shaft completely fell apart between wheel and gear box(after few hours of operation and steering didn't feel right from initial use)4: Front navigation light not working(loose wire connection at the bow, never worked but was checked off as working)5: Battery not correctly installed- Negative battery terminal loose creating shorts leading to having to replace engine ignition coils(at delivery- lead to problem after few hours of use)6: Trailer tires under inflated; pressure was adjusted at delivery7: New trailer tires recently installed/inspected(installer unknown) both were rubbing on the inside of the wheel fenders(at delivery)All in all sale transaction was ok;felt pressed to take delivery and boat wasn't ready. Good prompt communication with sale representative and professionalism during and after taking delivery. It took too long to get the trailer registration and licence plate. Boat detail could have been done better. Pleasure craft licence had the wrong secondary color and took weeks to get it changed.Service manager dishonest after he provided a false diagnosis verbally after I had changed my mind and decided not to allow them to service my boat after reading over their boat delivery inspection report and reviews left by others here.

Fast, Friendly, Helpful, Understanding, Knowledgable staff. I have been buying from Georges in Carp for 3 years mostly parts and accessories and have recently used the service department and received very professional service. Their staff listens and tries to find the best options for any problem that may arise. They have been, on more than one occasion, flexible on the price when they are able to when I have found it elsewhere for cheaper. Good stock levels of the usual parts and next day or day after next parts with follow up phone calls to let you know they are in. Mac and Jess in parts are awesome, Keep it up!

I bought a 2020 Yamaha kodiak 700 from here quite awhile back for an all in price and they where awesome to deal with the salesmen wish I had his name! was brutally fast, friendly, made him self available 24/7 for me and washed the bike again before I picked it up. Was an honest guy as well and didn’t bull me on anything! Will definitely be going back if I Ever want another Yamaha!

Had to get a new prop for my boat, and was very impressed by Pride Marine employee George. He was patient and very informative throughout the whole process. You don't get customer service like that too often.
