Great restaurant. It's my first time around the area and I just want to grab something to eat. I'm very pleased with the service and the food is delicious. The ribs is flavourful. the potato soup is served hot and very filling. Service is excellent!

We're peruvians so we didn't expect to much of the taste of the food. But the chicken was really good and try new things. It was delicious. We told the waiter that it was our first time and he was very kind to show us the menu.

This will definitely be the last time I attend this particular facility. This experience was similar to my last experience here and i am not impressed. First, noone to greet us at the door as what appears to be one staff handling food, money and serving the food. This is a holiday, no preparation for the indining customers. I wait patiently while orders were taken and yet the basic of water and juice have not reached our table to satisfy part of the hunger we are feeling.If u plan to attend this facility, do not come on an empty stomach as the service is very very slow. No apologies no explanation. If it wasn't for my aging mother not wanting to leave, I would have canceled my order. Unhappy and hungry customer.

The food is delicious. I had beef with Mashed potato. It’s very tasty. The place is cozy.and warm. Good menu selection and prices are affordable. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone

On July 15/23 @ 9:15pm me and my boyfriend came to this location, the woman behind the counter asked if it was for dine in or take out, when we said dine in, she looked up at the clock and gave us a dirty look and said the kitchen is closing, even though it says open till 10pm. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! That being said, it looks like we dodged a bullet being refused service, the 1 star reviews talking about the quality of food seems like she did us a favor!!! Never Again!!!!

Went there on a Sunday with my family. The server was so nice and accommodating. She explained the menu properly and always checks on us. The food was delicious as well. Thank you for the excellent food and service.

Delicious food! I brought my boyfriend here for the ribs, which we both absolutely love. Also, during out visit, the owner was so friendly and amazing! He’s super sweet and served us our food so kindly and promptly. He also shared stories with us and was just super kind in general. Both him and the food brought a smile to our faces! My family and I personally have been ordering from this Swiss Chalet for years and they’ve been very consistent with the quality of their food. Highly recommend ordering from here if you’re looking for a really quality Swiss Chalet and some hearty food! I highly recommend their ribs with smokey BBQ sauce and seasoned fries.

Went for pick up, couple half chicken dinners for a friend and me. Staff was awesome. Owner came and gave me personal service while I waited for take out. Clean place and lots of parking. Great deal

Nice cozy dining atmosphere and good location in Toronto's Beach neighborhood. Veggie burger okay tasting but nothing spectacular. French fries and Chalet Sauce a very delicious combination. Friendly staff.

I recently went to Swiss Chalet, an old favourite in the Beaches. I ordered a quarter chicken and half rib dinner. The bill was over $42. I will never go back.
