Truthfully it was just to the H&M store. My Spouse got a bra from a friend, it had come from the H&M chain, unfortunately this store stated they were not stocking Bra's anymore, basically making the trip to WhiteOaks a disappointment. There were plenty of London's Rugrats, playing around unsupervised.

There’s almost everything here. I don’t find an issue with parking or entrance and the interior is very spacious. Packed with shops and food courts. There is Walmart which is the best part since no one has to go elsewhere for grocery shopping!

I recently visited this mall and I have to say, it is incredibly huge and has a fantastic selection of stores. They have a wide variety of well-known companies for clothing, jewellery, shoes, and much more. Whether you're looking for the latest fashion trends or unique items, this mall has it all. The food court is also great, with a diverse range of food options to choose from. One of the best things about this mall is that it is connected to a big bus stop which has mostly all city connecting buses, making it incredibly convenient to get to. Overall, it was a great visit and I highly recommend this mall to anyone who loves shopping or is just looking for a fun day out with friends or family.

Today I went for lunch just before noon and ordered a mango diamond slush with tapioca. I could not be happier with my experience. A young lady took my order and displayed amazing customer service. She smiled, held conversation, and served me in a very timely manner. I look forward to visiting this locating again.

I visited Sephora to get a new natural looking makeup. I was fortunate to find my perfect match from Fenty collections. I love how the makeup blended with my skin tone and did not look like I was wearing makeup at all. My dark spots were covered up nicely.

I usually find what I need and more. Clean, right environment with directional maps easily accessible everywhere. Food court has lots of options, bathrooms are all conveniently located. Lots of parking too with several entrances.

Old, rundown businesses are leaving the mall, lots of empty stores. Roofs leak water, floors uneven in some spots, the list goes on and on. The mall is not very safe either, people stealing all the time, fighting, people walking around with knives and other weapons through the mall. Teens cause the most issues it seems with running around, yelling, wanting to fight etc etc.The mall needs a whole new facelift and to bring in new popular stores to make it a destination. Right now, it's just old and boring in the same stores that any other small town mall would have. Save your money and time, go to Masonville to find better stores, a well kept environment, and more selection. Don't waste your money at white oaks mall unless you're just in need of something quick.

I have shopped White Oaks Mall many times and I usually always come out with something that I've been looking for. There are definitely following covid-19 guidelines and they are definitely keeping the mall very clean. I enjoy that Cinema one is there and Sunrise Records. There's ample parking here with London Transit stations here as well. It is definitely wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms are wheelchair-accessible as well.security has been added to help with guidelines.

I called customer service to find out where the Santa photo booth was located in the mall. They were very knowledgeable. I parked at the closest entrance, which was by the West 49 and Kitchen Stuff Plus. Got lucky and found a spot in the corner right away, my husband was in a separate car and he got the spot next to me 60 seconds later. Getting in and out of the mall was easy knowing where I wanted to park/go. But it was still a constant flow of traffic.We didn't explore the mall since we were only there for the photo and, you know, cold/flu/RSV/covid stuff, but the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in under an hour, that's a win in my books on Christmas Eve eve and 2 toddlers!
