After reading a few negative reviews, I thought I would still give this place a try. Unfortunately, those reviews are true to the story. The staff is lack of patience and manner to say the least. I went and asked them about helium balloons and the cost for an arrangement and because I am not familiar with balloon arrangement, I asked a question twice to try to clarify what I understood. The lady was clearly annoyed by my question and her respond was OMG! Did I not say it already! And roll her eyes. I took my business to Party City up on Young street and they are 100% much better in customer services.

Halloween was a mess! Understaffed and one of the workers there was rude and impolite in her demeanor. It was clear she was getting impatient with a customer, and it made my family a bit hesitant to stay.

Fantastic! They have a large variety of quality party essentials. For a 75th birthday celebration, I purchased a bouquet of balloons, plus a Happy Birthday lawn sign and other supplies. The ladies were very helpful with their advice and patiently answered all my questions - even when I called prior to coming. Apparently, if you want the balloons to last longer, they charge an additional fee to coat the inside of the balloons …hopefully they will last.Either way, I highly recommend coming here. The only caveat is that they have terrible hours, closing daily at 5pm.

Great place to shop for decorations for any special occasion. This place had large variety of beautiful party decoration items. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Prices are good. Quality of their items is great. I have purchased some decoration items for birthday and baptism parties from here and they were really good.

Arrived there with wife and daughter (who was very excited to buy her Halloween costume) at 5:51 p.m. and we were just told that they were closed (they close at 6 p.m.). Lady was so rude. Another customer was on the door. She said she drove 45 minutes but they didn't let her in even though she was already there when we arrived.

Great store! Huge variety of party essentials. Plenty of colours and themes to choose from. I was here for some birthday balloons and ended up buying a few items. I received AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! The person that helped me was very helpful and suggested creative ideas. Thank you Michelle for all of your help! I definitely recommend this place and will for sure come back for other events.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming. The attitude from staff is unfortunately very true. I came looking for balloons and the staff member working had such an unhelpful attitude, curt quick responses, tone of voice was unprofessional, and even after saying I wanted to order balloons, she walked away. The conversation was so awkward, I had to keep asking for help, Can you tell me the difference in these balloons? Can you tell me what the size would look like blown up? Can you blow this up for me so I can see the colour?". She clearly wasn't interested in helping me so I left. A disappointing experience. I had a better experience at Party City at the Canadian Tire down the street. If you're looking to enjoy planning your events

Their prices are amazing and so much cheaper compared to Party city. They even have more party stuff.The girls there were very nice and helpful. We were running late on the last minute to prepare balloons and confetti canon for our Baby gender reveal party. They accomodated all of our requests and very fast. Highly recommended this place if you want to get cheap and beautiful party decor.

The customer service is excellent! This was my second visit this month to order balloons for two parties. The staff are so friendly, patient and take the time to make sure you are happy with your order.
