Great place to eat when their open, however their hours are not accurate.Please update you're hours.This is the third time this has happened where I go around 6:30pm for dinner to find the store closed, which says it closes at 9pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I always check and make sure that the store is open before I start walking.I'm very sad, disappointed and craving a pita.

used to work for this franchise, pretty sure a regular pita gets 2 scoops of feta. Not a sprinkled little handful, looked at the worker dubiously. wraps aren't supposed to be wrapped up when they're all busted. they're supposed to be rewrapped. so, despite I'm running late I ate in store. not about to make a mess on myself, at work or in my car because of a rushed service in a store that's not even busy. I get there's prep in the back, but this should be an indicator there should be more than 2 people working at a time. these two seemed to kind of know what they're were doing but I could tell they felt uncomfortable running the store themselves.pita pit has gone downhill these past almost 10 years. don't bother eating here, all the establishments I've been too in Sudbury have been subpar they're much better down south.go check out bar burrito instead, customer service and quality matters to the newer establishments because they're not comfortable in giving low effort service for almost $20 a meal. support places that value their workers AND customers.

Went in between 4 and 5pm yesterday evening and one of the employees started spraying cleaner above the grill that my food was cooking on.. Not only that, but she also left her coworker alone to make multiple pitas as well as a smoothie for the customer ahead of us, when we also ordered a total of 4 pitas. It was a long wait for pitas made with cleaner in them. Won’t be going back. They also don’t have the steamer thing for the bread so your pita will be dry and likely crack.

I have pointed out multiple times that your hand sanitizing pumps aren't working over the course of 3 months and still nothing has been done. Also when getting my food tonight the lid wasnt on the bowl properly.Just a few small things you guys can improve that shows you take the safety and satisfaction of your customers seriously for when I come back.ThanksThank you for addressing the issues of concern. Our experiences have been much better and your response to the initial suggestions was very responsible/ professional.

I love this location in particular because I only put spinach, feta and hummus on my black bean pita, so they always beef up the feta for me free of charge, which I really appreciate.

Great pitas, served fast! Kinda a hard location to get into not being from the area but we eventually found our way into the little lot out front
